“What can I say. Publix is Publix. Well trained and helpful employees, well stocked and tidy shelves. I've even started straightening shelves I mess up. My only complaint is sometimes customer service counter act as though they are doing you a favor when returning something. I wouldn't say anything but it has happened at different stores and more than once. I was once told checkout cashier would take it back. Minor in light of all the positives.”

Yet to find an Headquarters to call or South East Headquarters so that they are recognized for future reference and records. “This particular Publix is located in Altamonte Springs, Florida and is definitely a great supermarket to check out if you are in the general area and need to grab a few items. Publix has become the leading supermarket here in Florida and there is definitely good reason for this. They put a huge focus on customer service, they have a lot of great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs (affectionately called "Pub Subs"). I am originally from New Jersey and it is a bit strange to say that some of the area's better subs are from Publix, but it is true. My daughter was visiting from New Jersey and a sub from Publix (which she did call a "Pub Sub") was one of the tastes of home that she was craving. My go-to sub here is usually their Italin sub or their roast beef sub and I wouod recommend upgrading to using the Boar's Head meat. This particular Publix location had a good overall vibe and I would definitely recommend a visit here.”

“This review is specifically to the bakery department. Though, I love this Publix in general. I should start by saying that I order all my cakes from Publix and I'm always super happy with the outcome. However, on this specific occasion, I thought it necessary to call out Jackie. She is one of their decorators and is quite amazing at her craft. We wanted to do a special cake for our daughter's first birthday. The theme was "Ever After" and we were wanting to use fleshy pinks, creams, and rose gold colors. Jackie spent more than 30 minutes with me on more than one occasion, and even called me the day before pickup to make sure everything was perfect. I was even able to bring in some gold butterflies, sprinkles, and edible gold foil for her to use on the cake. It was obvious that she truly enjoys sharing her special talent and wanted absolute perfection for us. Upon pickup, she even brought the cake out to the car for us. And the cake was absolutely perfect. She completely mastered the enchanted look that we were going for. Both she and Jordan, their bakery manager, were absolutely wonderful to work with. We will be going to Jackie for all future cake orders. Her passion is unlike any other decorator I've worked with over the years.”

They offer a minute clinic, drive through for prescription pick up, photo developing, passport photo services, an ATM, In-store pickup, COVID-19 Vaccines, COVID-19 testing, drug disposal, HealthHub, Immunizations, and they accept EBT snap benefits.The store is open Monday through Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. It is open on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.The MinuteClinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. It is open on Saturday from 9:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m. On Sunday, it is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.This location does not offer UPS shipping services.Other than that, the CVS is basically like every other location. I have no complaints, although it is fairly small and the area is usually busy with traffic.You may want to call ahead for services at the MinuteClinic, as it can get busy, and some services require appointments to be made ahead of time.I would recommend this location if you are in the area and looking for a CVS location.”

I was being given a very hard time by the pharmacist regarding having a prescription filled and using the goodRX coupon I always use. The reason I use the coupon is because I don’t have insurance. Within 30 seconds of speaking with Amber Lee, she was able to effectively communicate and have my prescription filled with the coupon honored. Super grateful for her assistance, awesome listening skills, and ability to resolve the issue immediately.”

One of my meds is really expensive even with insurance and when they first started filling the script, the tech told me to sign up for the manufacturer's coupon. When the coupon on file expires, they have me renew before charging me to continue saving a ton of money. And when the drug recently became available as a generic, they called and asked about what I wanted to do before filling the script. They're wonderful!”

“My review is based off no interaction with the pharmacy. I have ordered photo prints a few times and shopped at this location. The cashier and photo staff are always quick and polite. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is pricing and variety of some items. As all other Walgreens locations it is expensive for OTC medicine, personal care items and just about everything they sell. This location has easy parking and the store is clean.”

“I love THE STORE overall, HOWEVER, a certain MALE manager at this specific store needs to learn how NOT to talk to a customer like they're stupid. Because I don't think he realized it or sensed his own tone when talking to me. It was borderline insulting. I don't need nor want to be told how self-checkout works, because it's pretty self-explanatory. So if something goes wrong with the machine, just apologize for the inconvenience, fix IT & create a solution, and MOVE ON. And watch your tone. THAT'S IT. And maybe MORE people will end up coming into the store, and there'd be more employees willing to work the morning shift. I'm just sayin.'”

“I was very impressed! I am from out of town and went in to refill a script forgetting it was Sunday. My home pharmacy is in a very conservative area and is closed Sunday. This Walgreens couldn't fill my prescription without being able to contact my home pharmacy. I was expecting to sit ( today, Monday) as they tried to contact my busy home pharmacy. I was VERY happily surprised ! This Walgreens had my script filled and ready! I am an out of town customer and they had gone out of their way.”

“I was highly impressed with one associate at this particular pharmacy. His name is Larry (I had to ask the girls in the pharmacy for his name). I was shopping in the store while waiting for my prescription to be filled, when Larry was kind enough to stop and ask me if i needed help. I asked Larry a question about pricing and we both continued on our way. Now, what impressed me the most about his customer service, was the fact that about 10 minutes later, Larry saw me again and asked me if I was still doing okay and if I needed more assistance. Nowadays, as a customer, we're easily ignored, and for the fact that he was busy, stocking the shelves, he could have easily pretended to not have noticed me. Even more so, most associates (anywhere, not just cvs) would never take the time to approach you twice, feeling they've "done their job" if they made that initial greet. That day Larry made me feel liked he genuinely wanted to help me and I very much appreciated his assistance. My only regret about my shopping experience, was not receiving a customer survey on my receipt, so that I could let corporate know about Larry.”
