Bought our boys 2 rc boats on 5/18 they both broke after one use. Went to return them on 6/4 and the store is out of business and we are out 192.00!Really annoyed!

This store is amazing!! Weve never been to an rc store that is as well stocked clean and organized with such kind and helpful staff. They are currently moving to a new location in the mall so things were being packed as we stood there and asked questions. We wish we lived in the area because this would be our home spot. The staff will answer any questions you have from whats a good.spot to eat to where to see the tracks to whats going on locally. Look out amain they are coming!

Great business! Very prompt, honest, fast shipping!Will do business with again!Quick story, I ordered a RC truck for my sons birthday from "another big box online rc company" a week before my sons birthday, fast forward that company gave me the run around and still had not shipped just a couple days before his bday. I found Michael's RC hobbies was less than a 100 miles from me, after a brief phone call I placed the order and they immediately shipped out the rc truck and we received it the next day! Thank you! This is how a business should work and I love supporting other small businesses! AAA+++

Very friendly staff. They were excited to help my older rc. They didn't have the exact part but we figured out something. He also got me the right fuel hose. I had not realized I bought the wrong fuel hose, but he saw it and explained to me. When I'm ready for a newer rc, this is where I will buy it.

If you're a lady RC, hobbyists do not go in that hobby shop. You be left standing and standing waiting for someone to help you out even after asking. Hello I want to buy something. Then, after they get a rc car down and you tell them I want to buy it, they just walk away.
