Worst drycleaner EVER! Closed on Saturday. Saturday! Although you wouldn't necessarily be aware of this because there are no hours posted on the door and the only way you find out is when you stop in at 1:30 on Saturday afternoon to pick up your tuxedo shirt that you dropped off two days ago and need to wear to a gala event that evening, THE PLACE IS CLOSED. What dry cleaner is closed at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon? Besides Vogue that is. Oh, and don't bother to call because their phone (the number in the phone book and the same one stenciled on their pick up and delivery truck parked on the street outside their store) is NOT IN SERVICE! I will never EVER use this business again and so far as I am able, I will convince everyone I know (and I live in the neighborhood) not to use them either. I suggest you do the same.

This place is the worst, even with the new management. They quote the customer a time/day for pick up and then the garments are not ready on the day they quote. Worst of all, they don’t even bother to call the customer to tell them it won’t be ready on time to save the customer the trip to the store. Instead you drive all the way there, and an apathetic counter clerk just shrugs and says “oh well come back tomorrow.”

DO NOT GET ALTERATIONS HERE!!! I will still likely use this place for dry cleaning from time to time but I will never utilize their seamstress ever again.
My fiancé and I brought in 2 men’s dress shirts a week apart because we weren’t sure which would work better with the suit he got for an upcoming wedding. Both shirts needed to be tapered because he has a very athletic build with a larger neck but very slim waist. When bringing in the 2nd shirt the seamstress told us both shirts would be done within a few days (about a week before the event). When my fiancé went in to drop off one of my dresses and tried to pick up his shirts neither were ready. Okay, no big deal.. the actual day for pick up was to be on 11/29 so no problem that they weren’t done early. However when I went to pick them up on 11/29 for the wedding on 11/30 they hadn’t even been started (by this point she had one shirt 3 weeks and the other 2 weeks)!! The owner was very helpful and I could tell she was very frustrated by the situation. The next morning I called as soon as they opened and they reassured me I could pick up the shirts after noon. The shirts ended up being ready but much as you would expect the tailoring job was 2nd rate.. not surprising for a rushed job. My fiancé had to wear his coat all night because the shirts still did not fit correctly.

I just picked up my fairly simple wedding dress from being cleaned, and I feel like I completely wasted $35. My wedding was outside, so there were just a few sticks and some grass stuck in the hem of the dress. All of the sticks and grass are still stuck in the hem, which is still dirty. I was going to call, but after the other reviews I read, I'm not going to waste my time. I will never go back, and would not suggest that anyone else use this cleaner, either.

I wish I could give less than one star. Wish it was better since it's literally across the street, but nope. They destroyed my girlfriends $500 winter coat. Avoid this place for anything more valuable than old rags.

Very good. I dropped off a suit to have dry cleaned, and the turn around was less than a day. When I picked it up, the suit came back free of defects, no missing buttons, and most importantly, pressed and clean. I will be sure to use Vogue again for future dry cleaning.
