“I purchased a pair of running shoes in early December. Due to being out of the country I didn't wear them much prior to leaving and the return time was exceeded. After I wore them, I realized they really did not fit me properly. I also did not have the box anymore. But I decided to go to the store and ask if there was anything they could do for me. I was very pleasantly surprised that they immediately said they would offer me a credit or an exchange . They didn't ask me any questions. They just said they would take the shoes back. I selected the same shoes and a half size larger and they are working out really well. This is an excellent example of how customer service should work. I will recommend this store and buy my shoes there from now on.”

Definitely check out the clearance section, you might find a really good deal on some really nice, lightly used shoes that might as well become your daily drivers.”

I never have had a bad experience here but I have had an awesome experience here about a week ago I will never forget the guy named Peter that helped my daughter and I with her sneakers he is very knowledgeable, very patient, very kind I can tell he loves his job and he is not just there for a check . When we asked him for the sneaker my daughter wanted he didn’t just go get her sneaker and walk away like most people do at sneaker stores he makes sure it’s a good fit he gives advice and was really helpful. He definitely goes above and beyond and has A1 customer service !”
