Hotel I'm staying at doesn't have a laundromat within a reasonable walking distance, and taking an uber is not cost effective. I'm so glad they offered both dry cleaning and wash/fold services. This freed several hrs and and enabled me to kill two birds with one stone. Very friendly people who do great work!Service: Alterations

I see that the reviews for this cleaners are really positive, but I will never use or recommend this business. As a disclaimer, I rarely use dry cleaners and my bag does look great. And if you feel like waiting a month of run-around to get your items back, I'm sure they'll look great too.It started out great. I have this bag I use often and therefore needed to get cleaned. I took it to Royal Cleaners and asked the man at the desk if they would be able to clean my bag and he'll have to ask the "the guy" comes in later that week. So he takes my phone number and bag, and I continue on my week. The end of the week comes, and I've had no phone call. So I pop back in to see what the answer was and it turns out "the guy" hasn't come by this week, so he'll have to ask him next week. At the end of the next week, I do get that phone call saying yes they can clean it, it'll be $--, and I just need to pre-pay the next time I can stop by. So I stop in to pay, and ask for an estimate on when I'll be able to pick it up. Unfortunately, the guy at the desk doesn't know and says he'll call me when it's ready. A week passes with no phone call so I stop by again, and ask about an update. He says it's not done, but it should be next week, and he'll call me when it is. *Warning Bells Crescendo* Hesitant because I've never used a dry cleaners before, I say okay and leave. Week two after I've paid (four weeks total) passes and I stop in again. This time when I ask when my bag will be done I'm told, "Maybe next week. I'll call you." Even when pushing, I can't get a straight answer.Well now I'm alarmed and confused. A few phone-call-less days later I ask my parents about this and they tell me to take my dad with me, because maybe a male presence will get the process moving. WELL IT WORKED, annoyingly. With my dad beside me, THREE weeks after paying (five after first dropping it off), we find out that my bag IS clean. And it's in New Jersey. "The guy" forgot to bring it back, so he "should" be back Tuesday and we can "probably" pick it then. After a bit more pressure, the desk man said he would call "the guy" that day to make sure he DOES bring it Tuesday and takes my dad's phone number. The fact that I needed a guy's presence to get ANY STRAIGHT ANSWERS about the bag that I'd already paid for pisses me off, but not as much as being stupidly led around aimlessly for the five and a half weeks this place had my bag.So, no. I do not recommend Royal Cleaners. Though my bag does look clean, so I guess if you have that kind of time and patience (and masculine presence) you should be all set.

Always a great job on my shirts, they don't break buttons, the creases are always straight with no rippling.

Why five stars? It is because I have used Royal Cleaners exclusively for over three decades and have been totally satisfied with their service.

Excellent service and quality. They turn your order around very quickly and the clothes come back looking amazing. A little expensive but you get what you pay for.

Got 4 men's dress shirts cleaned and starched - $3 each. Shirts looked great. It looked like they are careful not to press down on the buttons of the shirt, which can break them. Staff is very friendly, fast, and efficient. I would give 5 stars but the price is higher than what I am used to.

Got a sweet new suit the other day, had to get the pants altered. Stopped in and they took care of me. Very friendly owners. I picked the pants up the next morning, they looked great and it was really cheap!
