Muddy Paws is by far the best grooming service for poodles in this area. They know exactly how to cut for show standards. The shampoo and conditioner they use leaves the coat so clean and soft. Don't waste your time with any other groomer. BTW, I have been taking my mini-poodle to Muddy Paws for nine years. Thank you Muddy Paws for the skill you display.

I've taken my puppy here about 3 times in the last 2 years and I feel they do a great job. I see a bunch of bad reviews but they seem to be from years ago. I'm my opinion they must have cleaned up their act.

I have taken my dog there three times, the first time I was nervous for him. The owner was not friendly or helpful in calming my nerves or my dogs, and afterward told me I needed to teach my 4 month old puppy "independence." Which is ridiculous, because he is very independent at home and loves his alone time/crate. The following time I took him they cut his hair down very short on his nose and gave him a razor burn. They apologized for this. But this third time they did it AGAIN! No apologies. Also, when I brought him in, he was so fearful and coward at the door, I wanted to gently coaks him in with treats, they wanted to just yank on his leash and pull him in. On the phone, they weren't very polite either when I asked on his progress. It's not a friendly establishment and I think they don't know how to earn an animals trust they think they can just drag them around. I'm very upset with the haircut this time too. His ears came out extremely uneven and he has razor burn on his nose again! I shouldn't have left him with them, and won't be taking my dog there again.

We have taken our 18 pound maltese mix female dog here now twice in the past year. Today was the best ever - she looks so good and she can be a handful and aggressive around other dogs. The staff here are very gentle and skilled and I would not trust my dog with any other groomers.

Adopted an 8 year old pug and took him to groomer he had been going to, was not comfortable with them at all. Went to Muddy Paws based on referral of huge dog lover and good friend. Great service, very friendly and professional! They loved my Doug the Pug, he pranced out smelling so good , nails clipped nicely and coat soft and de-shedded. Doug has a new groomer! Thanks Muddy Paws!!!!

Horrible place owners we're rude was not happy about the cut very chop shop I let them know and they did not offer to fix made the mistake of paying them first without seeing them they told me my puppies disrupted the other dogs well they are puppies and basically told me not to come back I gather from others they are very discriminatory they pick and choose who they want no big dogs ect I hope you have the perfect dog or they will turn you away

They came in, in a pinch, saving my poor doggie who was covered in fresh asphalt which for some reason was dumped in a dog park.The whole staff was amazing and my poor pooch was taken care of and in far better shape then I could imagine.Great people and great place.

I love taking my dog here to get groomed. Michelle is his groomer & hr loves visiting her. He doesn't like visitng many places,, but he always going there. He comes home smelling great & looking handsome. Thanks to the Muddy staff for all they do to take care of Chewie!

Used this salon for over five years then moved to Florida. Returned back to the area and started back up- excited as they always did a great job! Inadvertently missed an appointment while going back and forth moving etc. Called to schedule and was told rudely " they were pulling my card" since I missed an appointment and did not call. No longer a client! Very disappointed - not interested in an explanation or the fact that it was the first time.... it was NOT intentional. One strike you're out seems to be a harsh rule for loyal clients. It's a shame because we loved using them.
