I have been a customer at State Farm for over 5 years and they are wonderful. Kirsten is an amazing agent/team member and delivers outstanding customer service every time I call the office. I would recommend Jim Walsh State Farm to everyone!

Unethical staff! I transferred all my polices over a year ago due to Kirsten who is fake and scheming. Whelp I just thank goodness found out my new agent was not given my sons most important life policy this office kept it. Worse they never once called me or sent me email to say it was at risk of being cancelled!! If hadn’t been for my current State Farm agent going above and beyond this would have been lost forever!!! Personal trumps professional here. It’s great till it ain’t folks. I’ll be sending complaints to insurance Dept on Kirsten for failing to do many things right. Phoney and fake work here. I will let the insurance board investigate this among other things. Also I know for fact half these reviews are done by their own staff not real customers buyer beware
