I had an amazing experience at this tire center! Anthony and Tim were super attentive and professional. Any questions I had were answered efficiently! the installation process was done within a timely manner as well. I will definitely be returning here!! :)

Can't give zero stars. Don't waste your time here. Lazy, slow, rude. Don't try calling because they don't answer.Absolutely worst customer service attitude. After taking an hour to check a low tire, the employee said, " I hope you realized the inconvenience you caused today, Jethro". I wasn't sure what he meant so I asked him what he said. He didn't have the tools to repeat. I immediately went to talk with the manager. Waste of time. The employees ignore him. I would rather pay more for tires at a real tire shop where they appreciate the customer.

Took my car over because the (!) Light was on and I told him I think I had a small leak . He just filled up my tires and kept one of my nice metal tire air caps . I found the hole in my tire and I was going to go back to them but I just don't feel comfortable with this guy he stole from me and he fidnt even try to help me. He should work as a cashier because he isn't helpful .

Worst place ever! Horrible customer service Avoid going here please. The workers are clueless, lazy and rude. My tire was flat and my 2017 Acadia for them was “an old model” and did not have the parts needed to take the tire off. Wasn’t until I send my husband to go in there for them to magically now have the piece needed. Oh but now we have to wait because he is busy. Then went right back to sit down?? I’ll try to get a name and update this review. But seriously what a waste of time the car has been sitting there for two days.

Great service. Patiently answered all of my questions. I took up a lot of time -2 visits- before deciding on tires. They provided additional services after the tires were on for a couple of days. Let's see how the tires continue to perform.

Don't waste your time... good prices don't make up for horrible customer service and wasting people's time. Go elsewhere and spend more money if you can avoid this place.

After ordering tires from a sale they had going on. They had since become completely unreachable over the phone. Only after physically going back to the location was I informed my tires had come in sometime ago and now they of course could not get me in for the next few days.

Not good, I'm having issues and they want to keep balancing them . My caddy now drives like a flintstone mobile.
