Krystal went out of her way to work up several quotes for me and was very flexible in working with my constantly changing schedule.
She was very patient in answering my many questions; there were many emails and several phone calls.
In taking the time that she did, I really felt like a valued member, not just one of many customers!
Good customer service today is so difficult to find, I am very grateful for the CS that I received in this interaction.
