Very dishonest. Come off very friendly and helpful but taking advantage of you anyway they can. It truly amazes me the disrespect that a company can show to the consumer by being dishonest.

They were professional,fast and more than reasonable. In about a hour they diagnosed the issue,had parts and my truck was running beautifully.

Jeff and Lea took time to explain my cars issue and were extremely nice and patient. It needed a major repair and I am not from Seaford but they still took the time to go through every thing and even were able to look at the car the same day. Seemed like very fair and honest people.

My father used to take vehicles to Whitney's, so I just started taking mine there and highly recommended them to other family members and friends. They are always upfront with you about the diagnosis and cost of repairs before fixing anything.

Did a search of Google for Auto Repair Shops near me, it listed Whitney's Auto Repair. I have lived just down the road from them and never knew that is what the building is. I called to see about getting my truck looked at and repaired, Jeff listened to my problem and said he would call me back with an estimate to get my truck fixed. He called me back within a few minutes with a reasonable estimate and said I could bring my truck in first thing Monday morning, they open up at 8 am, and that is the time we showed up, turned the truck in and we got a call about 3:30 pm that our truck was fixed and they closed at 5 pm. He replaced a drivers side drive axle, wheelhub assembly and wheel bearing. I will definitely be going back, he will have our buisness for sure.

Ok here's the deal, my car was having issues so I took it to Whitney's they performed a lot of preventative maintenance. So $2000 later my car is out the shop for about 200 miles later my engine started making a terrible racket. Then low oil pressure light kicks on. So I take it back to Whitney's my engine has metal in it. They confirmed the problem then charged me again. So needless to say several grand later an engine is needed. I will never go to this shop again!

I have been going to them for a little while now they have fixed every issue I have had the lady at the front desk is very Knowledgeable about the shop service and cars very friendly and honest people they don’t try to get over on you like theses other mechanics!!
