I am so impressed with the man who was working the morning of May 23rd! He was so kind, helpful, and efficient. Thank you so much! Made my morning. This store can get very busy after 5pm, so I recommend coming in the morning to avoid the rush and have a more enjoyable experience.

I’ve been to this location a few times for various services (purchasing UPS shipping, dropping off Amazon returns and using a prepaid UPS QR code) and each time I’ve experienced slow service, rude employees and there has always been some type of “system issue”. During my most recent visit, each transaction prior to me had an issue and it seemed that as the line grew; the slower the employees got.I don’t live in the area, however I am frequently here one a local told me I would be better off going to Staples which is close by. I decided to check them out and the speed of service coupled with an employee who knew what they were doing has me going to Staples from now on.If you’re in a jam and need a UPS store, I recommend going elsewhere as this one more than likely will not be able to provide you with what you need.

I went to this store with my first Depop sale and they were amazing with helping ship my item! The customer service was amazing! The gentleman who works the front needs a free lunch!!
