I left a speaker at the register after my purchase. I left and realized what I had done. It was after 9 PM when I arrived back and the store was closed. However, they stayed after hours and I was able to retrieve my property. I didn't have my phone on me, but when I got home I saw I had missed 2 calls and a text from the associate

I have gone twice to have a presentation printed and put in a binder - both times there was issues and needed reprinting the final one after fixing it I was press on a deadline took a brief look - embarrassing when I was doing a presentation and the print was cut off at the left margins - everyone at staples are pleasant but how difficult is to print and put in a binder I would not recommended this place quality is way to low to give it any stars

I am literally typing this in my car after leaving. I had asked an associate if I could get a very important letter sent here. She said yes and gave me the fax number. That's where the good experience stopped. I then proceed to call the auto company where I was buying a car and gave them the number. They said that the number was disconnected, so I went back to the desk. I stood there for 5 minutes while 2 employees in the back were chatting and eating. Finally someone came up and I explained the situation and showed them the number. They said" that's our number so it must be on their end". So, I came out to my car and called the number. Guess what? It was a number of some guy. I called the store and asked for a manager before i hung up after waiting 5 minutes and decided I'd just write this. So I didn't get the document on time, which is a huge inconvenience. Very poor customer service. For reference, I'm writing this Wednesday the 24th at 5:22pm. Just in case you want to ask your employees what the problem was. I'm sure they'll make an excuse and say I was rude or something. However, I assure you, i walked away because I didn't want to argue about a wrong number when they could have just double checked.
