The quality of the haircuts from this place has gone to s***!!! So many different hair stylists I've had over the last couple of years from this particular shop, and it's ALWAYS messed up in some way! I only gave it 2 because it is convenient and because I'm the idiot that keeps returning! ? I also want to say that the last stylist I had, had me out of there in less than 15 mins because she wanted to rush. Never showed me the cut prior to taking the Cape off. Didn't ask whether or not I even wanted a wash or massage. Bad service all the way around. That will absolutely be the last time I make that mistake. I wish I didn't have to learn things the hard way!

Online check in isn’t functioning and I called asking to check in over the phone. She said no and hung up.

Stylist: Korah was really helpful and did a great job with my hair. Telling someone what you want in a haircut is no easy task and Korah was fantastic. Friendly and very thorough.

Need to update there equipment.
The Messager's don't work half the time, it seems like the girls all have to wait which prolongs the hair visit because they have to fight over one half working cordless foil hair and neck shaver. Seems like the Francise Owners are forcing them to using old outdated equipment.the kiosk has been broken for the past 4 years. Other than that the staff which i realy feel sorry for them do a Great Hair cuts.

Great cut ? and very experienced hair dresser, even told me what my last barber did wrong. Also, even though my haircuts are normally quiet, because I radiate social akwardness, I was still made comfortable by the staff. My hair dresser was Jax.

Told me they were all booked up and weren’t taking anyone else when there was one person in the chair and they were open for another hour and a half. Bad customer service, you lost a customer.

Had an exceptional experience. Staff is awesome. Which was very welcoming. Ashland did a great. Will be returning and highly recommending.

After waiting 30min and it finally being my turn the lady that's available just walks away for 10 min. Comes back out to clean other people's work station then walk back away to the back.

Pros: The store was open, the online checkin worked and my haircut came out alright (not really what I wanted, but they only do simple ones).Cons: The hairdresser was in a bad mood and took it out on me. She had an angry expression the whole time, was pulling my hair to aggressively snip it, and scratched up my ears with the comb and razor. In the middle of the haircut, she left to meet someone outside. She also barely talked apart from badmouthing another hairdresser with her coworker. It was very awkward and uncomfortable.I would not recommend this place due to the poor customer service.
