Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced to date. Unprofessional, nasty, and rude owners. They also own Bernadette’s Boutique in Rehoboth Beach. Would not recommend patronizing or doing business with these people.

Good selection and 2 locations …. The newer downtown location in Penny Lane is really nice.

The employees at the Surf Shack were very friendly and patiently helpful. We rented 2 stand up paddle boards for 2 hours and had a great time. We were a group 6 paddlers and were able to trade on and off. It was great. There was a sheltered area to hang out in while waiting our turn and a dock where we could easily take photos of the paddlers.

They made my daughter a custom sea turtle lantern.....and OMG!!!!! it was amazing!!!! Absolutely worth the money!!!!!!!
