Great services here! John and his staff are always super helpful! Prepaid drop off bin saves so much time and they gather packages right away to ensure that nothing goes missing! Thanks for being open later so those of us that work can make it to ship our packages!

If you have a pre-labeled package they make you leave it in a bin in the front of the store and will not give you a receipt of acceptance. They have a sign that tells you to take a picture of your tracking number. Anyone can walk into the store when an employee is not looking and take your package. This is an unacceptable business practice!
Makes sense Roger, but you should still allow receipts for those of us who prefer to have it. It's not about having the tracking number, it's about having a receipt that the package was received.

I can't say enough good things about Jason at Parcel Plus, Rehoboth Beach, De. He packed and shipped the decoy I won at auction and the care he took is the reason I'm writing this. The decoy is valuable and i was so surprised to see how this item was wrapped and prepared even before boxing. But once in the box, it was packed again in order to insure it was delivered safe and in one piece. This is an example of someone doing their job and Parcel Plus should be very happy to have an employee who takes the time and patients to figure out the best way to ship an expensive item. Thank you Jason, you're the best! Linda
