I ordered two outdoor chaise chairs from Oceanside Casual Furniture in May 2023, expecting to receive them in time for the summer season. It is now January 2024 and I still have not received my order, despite multiple calls and drop-ins to the company. The customer service is appalling, they never update me on the status of my order or offer any explanation for the delay. I feel like they have taken my money and forgotten about me. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this company and I do not recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor furniture. They have ruined my plans and wasted my time.

This is a high-end furniture store specializing in furniture for patios and outdoor spaces. Needing replacement cushions for my wicker set, I decided to do business here instead of ordering online because I wanted to support local business and I wanted good customer service to help me make sure I got the right thing. The cushions were promised in 4 weeks. They took 10 months to receive. This was during the pandemic supply chain crisis that many manufacturers were experiencing, so I could give them some grace around that. But what I found unacceptable was that during this entire time, they never called me with an update. And when I would call to check on the status, they sounded annoyed to hear from me. When they finally did arrive, they were larger than specified on order. When I brought it to their attention, they were very nice about it and said they're reach out to the factory to see what could be done. And I never heard from them again. So much for customer service. I'll still try to buy local in the future, just not here.

I love this place. Have purchased 2 outdoor dining sets and have consistently loved the products and received top notch service from the owners, Frank and Cathleen. They are absolutely wonderful, family-oriented people.

I would not recommend this store for anything. We ordered furniture in January and was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. We called in April and was told our furniture was not in. We called the store in May & said it was not in. We again called & called. Finally in June, we received a partial shipment. The store never contacted us. Finally, in June we cancelled the remaining order & requested a refund for what was backordered. We finally received our refund, in August, only after numerous calls to the store. Definitely not a store you would want to shop for furniture nor customer service.

How a business conducts itself when things go sideway tells a lot about them. My experience spoke volumes. Keep in mind I ordered a table at the start of the supply chain nightmare that is still ongoing. I won't bore you with all the details. Did I have to call more than once to get updates? Yes, because I am impatient. Was Frank always candid with what he knew? Absolutely. When I was in a pinch did he offer me alternative solutions including bringing me a "Loaner table"? YES! In the end when for personal reasons I couldn't wait any longer and it was clear his supplier was lying to him, I asked for my money back. Was the refund prompt? Yes, it was, it was on my credit card the next day. If I need more outdoor furniture will Oceanside Casual be my first stop. You can count on it. If you want to work with a quality small business stop in and see the folks at Oceanside.

Unless you look wealthy, don’t bother. Came in to get a gift for the woman I rent a beach house from, they completely ignored me after they decided I wasn’t worth talking to when I opened the door. As I walked past them during their conversation, after fully walking the store and browsing, the lady asked if I needed help. That was all. ??

Ordered an expensive, rectangular patio table from this store and mistakenly paid for it in full on July 19, 2019. It had to be ordered from the factory an we specified no umbrella hole in the top since it was to go on a screened in porch. No calls or contact received from owner by mid September so we had to call him. His story was that it was in transit which was just a blatant lie. terrible customer service regarding a cushion that was flawed on a patio set that we spent thousands of $ on and they never returned our calls or took care of the problem. We waited and waited as they said it had to come from the manufacturer and 3 years later we are still waiting....... And we could have gotten the same set for ALOT less money so shop around but my experience was absolutely terrible !!!!

Great selection here. Every kind of indoor or outdoor patio furniture. Lots of custom options for fabrics. Cute accessories too. Numerous display groups, so you can actually see, touch, and try out everything before you buy... not just pick out of a catalog like so many other places. Nice guy owns place. I've lived everything ice purchased here and definitely recommend Oceanside Casual Furniture
