I love this salon! I have now had two different people give me a basic pedicure that is above and beyond what I've received at the last salon I used. The salon is clean and the people are friendly. My toes look great ?

I have a spa pedicure and acrylic refill every month by kiki. This visit I treated my 7 year old granddaughter to a pedicure and manicure. She was treated like royalty just like I always sm.
Cleanliness: The owners are very particular about their salon. It is always spotless and they have a friendly vibe going on. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for the perfect spot to get nail services while being pampered too!

Each time I have an appointment, the owner and the receptionist is always warm, friendly and super personable.
Incredible service + cleanliness & overall welcoming environment.
Great prices in incredible exchange for nail quality work.
I definitely recommend anyone looking for a positive experience.

Appointment times do no matter because they are always running “a little behind “ 20 mins of soaking feet and they finally start the basic manicure. Also be aware they only accept cash tips

I have been coming here to lovely nails for almost a year and I gotta say it’s the best nail salon I’ve been to yet. Perfect for tourists and locals !! Kiki does my nails and she is amazing. Very down to earth and funny. Everyone in the shop is great !! ❤️❤️❤️

ROBBED- $105 mani/pedi???? The staff was friendly and the service was as expected (not bad, not spectacular, just good, but average). But I brought my own gel polish and they insisted to charge me extra for gel polish. "He said he still had to do the work"?? A BASIC mani pedi cost me $105 plus tip. I tipped the tech $20 because my winter feet needed some extra love. But the price list says pedi $40 & mani $25. So I'm not sure what the extra $40 was for other than they said I had to pay for the gel that I brought with me. So be forewarned a BASIC no frills, no tips, no fill, mani pedi is going to run you OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS. If that's for you, enjoy. If not, look somewhere else.

So happy I made an appointment here! The staff were so friendly, the place was immaculate and fine touches of service provided very enjoyable. The manicurist couldn't have been more patient with me when I finally chose a color after trying three on or while tending to my nails gently and meticulously. He took his time and did a fantastic job! My overall experience was very relaxing and, well, just like the name says, just lovely! Highly recommend dropping by!

This was my first visit here and it unfortunately, will be my last. I had a male nail tech who seemed like he really didn’t care about what he was doing. I’m giving 2 stars because the gentlemen who takes the calls and does the reservations couldn’t have been nicer (Keith, I think). However, I have never had my nails look like this before. I called to let them know how awful they looked, and they offered for me to come back and get them fixed, but I didn’t have the time. The tech never had me wash my hands, he just painted over all the dust. As you can see, the nail lengths are all over the place, some aren’t even filed to look smooth. Some of them look like they are about to pop off any second and the acrylic is SO thick and unnatural looking. I was also expecting some kind of nail care/clean up around the nail bed where the dead skin and cuticles are. He did NONE of that. I am hoping they take the feedback and train the tech so this never happens again.
