Furniture and more gone Coastal, was such a great experience to buy our outdoor furniture needs. Kelly is a very knowledgeable person, and pointed us in the right direction on certain areas of the process. The store is very competitive with their prices of ALL the other places around town. This is including big box stores. Which we found im personable.We were even able to pick our own colors, and personalize it.Kelly made a couple of calls and found one piece of what we were looking for. Which the store didn’t stock. Kelly came through with it at a cheaper price!!Now we’re waiting for the delivery of our new patio furniture.We highly recommend this store and Kelly.On our second delivery of our umbrella, when the delivery team was assembling it, the umbrella had problems retracting. And the slide bar kept popping out numerous times, obviously a broken item. We refused delivery.A couple of days later we went to the store in Rehoboth and saw Kelly.She said there was NO problem with exchange and refund.We ended up buying 2 more stationary chairs for the screenhouse. And a Clock for the kitchen area. The rest Kelly gave us a refund.We are happy with Furniture and More Coastal’s decision to stand by the products they sell.We are happy with our purchases from this store, and highly recommend there great prices.See Kelly for ALL your Furniture needs.Thanks for the Great experience.

Never again! Quality furniture but customer service is horrible! Couldn't help but feel cheated and ripped off by Ron. We had a situation, beyond our control, that forced us to change our order (not cancel) 1 week after ordering. We were told 6 weeks for our furniture, yet when we went you change it we were told "sorry production had started and there will be a $675 plus the additional cost for our new selection". Which became more interesting when I called about the new order 3.5 weeks later I was told "we can't really tell where it is production wise, but probably a couple more weeks". Fool me once!

Repeat customer and on our 2nd purchase was surprised about prices. The facility was not clear on upholstery prices, was told any chair any fabric. Was not clear on extras. Managers not available to talk to. Not willing to help dissatisfied customer, only help you lose money with 25% restocking fee!

I’ve ordered many times from your store throughout the years. From many pieces of outdoor furniture to recliners even lighting. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and we’ve never felt pressured.We’ve purchase from your Easton store as well as most recently Rehoboth Beach Store and Kelly our Saleswoman was such a pleasure to work with!

Sales people are misleading. I specifically asked if I could change my mind about the ottoman prior to delivery not a special order and was told yes, no problem. Not 1 mention of the 30% restocking fee. A couple weeks later I decided the ottoman was too big for the space and went to the store, and was told about the fee. The sales person, same one that took care of us when we purchased the furniture said, “ it says it on the paperwork” I didn’t get the paperwork until after I paid for the furniture. He should have mentioned the fee then when asked and not said no problem. I ended up with credit to spend in the store and now I have stacking boxes that I could have gotten from Wayfair for $210.000 cheaper. When furniture was to be delivered I got a phone call saying they needed to reschedule because of a storm. All other deliveries took place without mention of reschedule due to rain. I would have to be in dire need of something and they are the only ones with it before I purchase from them again.

Luv my new sofa ! Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience; Darcy was so easy to work with and knew exactly what I was looking for. Also super patient while I chose my fabrics ???Delivery was earlier than I expected and the guys were super polite and pleasant.Overall couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend this furniture store.

Salesperson offered assistance within minutes. Showed us exactly what we showed her we wanted. In and out within 30 mins. Sleeper sofa delivered today. Love it! Will be going back when ready for new recliners.

Perfect visit I found what I need,and the younger gentleman was very friendly and ready to help.Only thing the I don't was happy was the colors,maybe I wrong but u can add a little bit more colors at ur furniture sofas.....But was a great opportunity for me visiting your store.I will be back

I got an amazing deal on a very comfy rocker recliner. I went into the store on Thursday and was able to pick it up later that day. The quality is very good. And as I said it’s very comfortable.

We recently purchased a Sectional by England ( Lazy Boy ) with the idea we were buying quality furniture . It arrived as promised AND viewing it , it really looked used and cheap. The accent pillows were poorly constructed along with the fabric on the back and front of the furniture. I called the store and directed to a person to speak to about repairs . I told her about the accent pillows poorly constructed ( I was told that how its made ) and the wavy appearing fabric on the back of the chair. A repair person did come and did tighten the fabric on the back ( very professional ) but I now see the fabric doing it again ( slightly loose back and front ) . The accent pillows are lumpy and look very cheap along with the cushions. . I don't see this furniture lasting more than a few years. We can't trust to buy from Furniture and More ( Rehoboth )

Furniture shopping (or shopping, in general anymore) isn’t always the most enjoyable experience - however Kelly at Gone Coastal changed that experience. Not only does the store have beautiful, fairly priced furniture and accessories (with A LOT of custom options on certain pieces) but the sales and purchase process was completely enjoyable, hassle free and makes you genuinely feel valued. Kelly was still kind, helpful and authentic when I came in a day later to change my order! ?I recommend you check out Furniture and more, gone coastal the next time you’re shopping or browsing for furniture before going anywhere else.

This is my 2nd time ordering from them and I’ve been very pleased. They have such a large selection of indoor furniture in addition to the Adirondack chairs that you see outside. Very pleased with the sales service. Kelly gave me the best price possible, I think. Very happy with them.
