Took 3 prints in to have them framed. Made it very clear that I wanted large mats around the prints. The owner made the mats small on 2 of the prints. He thought it looked better based on the framing of the third print. Paid $650 and now can’t use the 2 prints because they are too small and looked lost on the wall. If you need something framed, go elsewhere.

They have alot of beautiful paintings. The prices were a little high, still I thought it was worth the buy.

Mr and Mrs Jang are a pleasure to deal with. Lots of neat and unique pieces to the area and they can custom frame anything you have all at great prices. Quick turn around times as well. Highly recommended.

Sue and Roseanne and Roseanne's husband (with whom my husband worked on our painting from the Philippines) did very fine work for us. Very pleased. And reasonable. Try them out for your framing needs!

Unfortunate for me and extremely disappointed with the workmanship of the two (2) pieces of artwork I had reframed at Creative Impressions. Not only were the corners of the molding damaged during the reframing of both pieces of artwork, the owner didn't disclose the damage done to the wooden molding but instead covered the corners. He never disclosed he had damaged the new moldings. I didn't see the damage until I got the one large piece home and removed the cardboard corner covers. I removed the cardboard corners on the second piece of artwork (at the shop) and the molding was also damaged on one corner, too. His resolution was he gave me a $100.00 refund on the first piece that he charged me $479.00 to reframe. A $50.00 refund on the second piece of artwork. I would not nor would I ever return to this shop for any work. Two-out-of-two pieces tell me I'd have the same outcome the third time. He was dishonest by covering the corners of the molding with cardboard covers. And, only when I went back did he admit the wrong. Dishonesty is not a good thing in the long run. I asked and I was told his shop does not have insurance to cover damages to artwork should damages occur. My one piece is a limited piece, numbered, and signed by the artist with a value today of approximately, $6,000.00.

I work at the thrift store at the other end of this shopping center. We had a beautiful print that was accidentally dropped and cracked the glass.I took it here to have the glass replaced. The owner did it in about 15 minutes with a new wire and hardware. Very kind, quick and talented. When I brought it back to the thrift store, it went from my hands to a customer’s in 3 minutes.Highly recommend this store. Owners are gracious and have a nice selection of affordable art.

I would definitely recommend Creative Impressions Art. The woman I typically deal with is great. She is so knowledgeable and she has a unique ability to merge what you want and their inventory. Also, their framing services are speedy and very reasonable. Thank you.
