Ordered a $100 “Autumn” flower arrangement pictured in a small, square glass vase. The flowers were tightly arranged and all yellow and orange. The arrangement delivered was in an orange container and the flowers were mostly white. The arrangement delivered was a significant departure from the arrangement ordered.

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER! I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful flower arrangement for my friend’s birthday ten days in advance. I was traveling home from overseas and when I landed, I texted her around 4:30pm to see if she received her flowers. She said no, so I emailed and then contacted them to inquire about it. I was told there was tons of traffic and the heat, so it would be another hour or so for her to receive her delivery. I wasn’t happy but I was cordial and asked if they were sure it would be delivered today. I then check my email and this is what they sent me - an email to find my order was never completed, a refund was issued and a nasty note with it… Here is the note: “When you were ignorant to service staff like you were on the phone. And you’re never going to order from me again. It showed that you were automatically going to be a problem so instead of wasting my time on my beautiful flowers to have you complain about. I canceled the order so you don’t have to worry about ordering from us ever again. In the future maybe you should take a good hard look at the world around and know that nothing is instant gratification, and things especially hand created things take time, and show some decency and respect instead of being rude and hanging up on someone.” And then he went on further to say: “ Congratulations you just prove my point of yourself entitled nasty attitude my florist is very well-known and respected, Enjoy your day and learn how to speak to people properly.” Btw, I was not rude in any way, I was literally calling from the plane and speaking calmly and just asking where the delivery was. He then went on and said “ And just an FYI I was in New York DC and in New Jersey so take your Jersey shore trash attitude someplace else I’m a higher class person than you’ll ever be.I have NEVER been so disrespected and spoken so rudely by any retailer let alone a florist who just couldn’t and wouldn’t fulfill his order. You are low class and everyone in DE should know how you treat customers. DO NOT ORDER from Bayberry Flowers

As of 5pm, they were never delivered so I contacted them to inquire and instead of an apology and we will deliver them asap, instead, I got pure rudeness and this nasty note: "When you were ignorant to service staff like you were on the phone. Arrangement was very nice. Lots of pink and matched well with the description and pics on their website. Flowers were pretty, not fully opened, and my wife was happy with them as a birthday arrangement. If that's the end of your interaction, then you're good and will be happy! Owner was a little snarky by email when I expressed frustration at the timing - took all day to deliver when they claim they're a local business. They're not really local to me - they closed that store but still list it so we think they're hyper-local. And rather than just apologizing ("Hey, we're surprisingly busy today") or empathizing in some miniscule way at my frustration, they told me I wasn't important - since I was an individual and not a business or a funeral, I was last in line to receive the flowers for the day. Then, they felt compelled to email again so they made sure they got the last word in the debate. Not professional and not customer-friendly at all. Trying to separate the snarkiness of the after-delivery conversation from the flowers in giving my review. I wouldn't recommend speaking to them - just order online. I'll probably try another place first before I order from them again just because of that. But hey - maybe they were just having a bad day.

The day of our wedding they called and said they can’t bring anything because something happened to the owner.My wife says no bring what you canThe lady told her they would refund us for the things they couldn’t provideNothing came, no refundCalled the owner after we got back from our honeymoonGuy had an attitude saying we have been waiting for you to call for the refund.Why??? You know what you didn’t deliver??Then tried to tell me they did bring things that they did NOT! Said refund was being mailed in two daysA month later…… my wife calledOk we will deliver your refundNow two weeks later NOTHING!!!GOOD LUCK using this placeTop notch customer service. NOT!!!!!!!!There reply is a LIE!!!!Yelled?? As I said good luck with this scam of a business

Every anniversary I get my wife a bouquet or arrangement of roses. We've always used a "code" -- a white rose represents 10 years and a red rose 1 year. So this November I ordered a bouquet of 4 white roses and 3 red for our 43rd anniversary. Been doing this for 42 years. I picked up the bouquet in the afternoon and it looked beautiful, but I was a little surprised to see when it was brought out of the cooler that it had not been kept in any water. I brought it home immediately, presented it to my wife, and we cut a couple inches off the stems and put the bouquet in a vase with water. After just 3 days the roses began to droop and after a week they were shriveled and had not opened a bit from when I picked them up. I know full well from my years of doing this that if a bouquet of roses are properly cared for they will fully open and easily last a week or more looking beautiful. That was not the case with the roses I purchased from Bayberry Flowers. My wife looks forward to her roses every November and was so disappointed. When it became apparent that my roses were not doing well I reached out to Bayberry via email to express my concern. I never did receive a response from them and that failure speaks volumes to me about how they think of their customers.

Based on my experience, Bayberry Flowers created marvelously a tremendous flower arrangement that I’ve never seen before. They are over the top, a five stars plus?????➕ is not even enough to review them. They blown my mind up. They make sure that they send you a picture of the gorgeous flowers order before delivery. great service, friendly team, quick and excellent work. If you are looking for a best flower arrangement place or a great flower designer, trust me you actually get to the heaven place Barberry Flowers is highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning, yet simple Hydrangea arrangement - there is something so peaceful about them. I ordered the Cloud Nine (hydrangea arrangement) in Deluxe. Got Same day delivery, and was very happy with the display. Definitely recommend, and will be ordering again in the future.

This was supposed to be “birthday wish” - with the premium price; instead, it is a sad collection of greens and droopy roses. Please see the side-by-side pictures. While I can appreciate COVID necessitating some changes, this was an extremely far cry from the orchids and more exotic looking arrangement. Not worth the money, and I won’t be shopping with them again.
