Tammy's customer service was great. Not only did she remember me. She provided a seamless process in sending my current glasses with my new prescription while multitasking with other customers. She was the only associate working that day and I was satisfied with her quality service.

Great customer service Tamara was so helpful with helping to pick out frames and my order came back in so fast!!!! I will definitely be ordering from them again. They all made me feel so welcomed when I came threw the door. Will be telling everybody I know about this place!!!!

My overall experience was great. I did not have to wait long to be seen.While they were checking out my insurance I was able to look at the large selection of glasses and by the time they got to me which was no more than 10 minutes I had already made my selection..

I recently went to Vision Works in Newark, DE and Tammy and Steven assisted me and my 3 young adult children. I wanted to thank them for the professionalism and kindness they showed us. We had questions and they never once were inpatient. They are very knowledgeable about the different insurances and they explained everything. Thank you! Definitely 5 star customer service!

I went to get a replacement pair of glasses, as well as a pair of sunglasses. The workers were so helpful, patient, and kind in helping me to find a pair that I felt much more confident in. I highly recommend this location!

I’m a local Firefighter who’s damaged his glasses twice while working. I need my glasses for distance and driving. Both times I’ve visited this particular location and Steve and his Assistant have been professional and extremely helpful to me. They ensured that before I leave the store that my issues are resolved. I highly recommend this location to all.

I wish I could give no stars. Witnessed the staff treat a customer so rudely when the error was clearly on behalf of the business as they broke her glasses. He was so sarcastic & claimed to be the “manager” (Steven). He shouldn’t be managing anyone with that mouth. I suggest using the eye care center at Walmart or just getting your glasses from the dollar store for a more quality experience.

I never leave reviews but my experience was a good one so I thought I’d share. I went to LensCrafters prior to and they didn’t even acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. When I walked into visionworks I was greeted and had my benefits explained to me. Once I picked a pair the gentlemen was very helpful and informative. Also they don’t take long to get your glasses in either!

Just went to Visionworks for the 3rd time. My honey was given defective glasses. After 1 week the glasses fell apart. The Manager of the store was very rude. She blamed us. She blamed the lab but never took blame for mistakes that she made. On the second visit honey purchse a second of glasses. She order two of the same. She supposedly replacing the 1st pair and purchse of second. She then blamed the lab and was rude about it. Never apologized. She should be in the back counting lenses by her self.
