This boutique was fantastic. We were very fortunate to meet Hilda, who was wonderful from beginning to end. We knew what type of watch my wife and I each wanted and she immediately knew the specs and helpful in providing us with a watch that just came in that day! These were going to be our first Rolex watches and wedding watches at that, and she was very sympathetic at our tight timeline on getting these watches. We were searching for our pair for a couple months and met many people along the way but Hilda was the most efficient and kindest sales associate we had the pleasure to meet. She was also meticulous in asking our preference for other watches and gave us helpful tips on staying in touch. This is the only boutique we would wholeheartedly recommend.

My husband and I randomly came into this Radcliff location to browse their selection of Rolex watches. We were happily greeted as soon as we entered the store and when we entered the Rolex section as well. Our assigned sales advisor was Amad. Amad is very professional, personable and knowledgeable about Rolex and their specific inventory. Our experience at this at this locations was an absolute pleasure, to say the least. We look forward to working with Amad and visiting this location in the future. Thank you for everything!

I had been in the market for my first Rolex and we decided to stop into Radcliffe Jewelers, based on the overwhelmingly strong reviews others have shared on Google. My experience was no less stellar from the moment I walked into the store.I had the pleasure of working with Hilda, who expertly guided me through choosing which piece I would like. I had come in with a general idea of what watch I would like to purchase, but she provided me with several suggestions and quickly identified the style and type of watch I gravitate towards. Its very clear she loves what she does - making the buying experience all the more enjoyable for me as a customer. She knew everything about all of the pieces I was looking at and patiently answered all of my questions.After this excellent experience, Radcliffe will be the first place I visit when I am looking for a new watch (or any other jewelry piece). I join the many other reviewers here in highly recommending both Radcliffe and Hilda. I would give 10 stars if I could.

My first experience as a walk in customer was second to none. No wonder their ratings are 5 on google. The service is exceptional. I was taken care of by the gentleman called Trae. What a sales guy! Highly skilled and trained professional in the business. He took the time to understand what watches I was interested in and took my details. As a bonus they gave me Lindt chocolates :) to top off my already great experience. Trae does know the ins and outs of customer experience management. I will certainly do business with him in the near future.

Amazing service, knowledgeable staff and overall amazing experience, especially Amad! He was willing to sit down and he was willing to explain to me the history and prestige of brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Tudor, and a few used timepieces such as Audemars Piguet and Patek Philippe in the used section as well. I am a novice in the luxury watch market, so someone who was willing to talk me through different brands was amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend who makes a visit to check out this store!

I am not one for reviews, yet I feel compelled to do one. I have been a watch aficionado for a long while, and have had my fare share of deals with different authorized dealers. The minute I walked into Radcliffe Jewelers - I felt at home. The staff was beyond attentive and professional, and after spending a good amount of time trying on and speaking about different brands and styles of time pieces; some back and forth questions, I purchased an amazing piece. I’d like to thank JT for being a great professional, who cared about my needs and wants and finally accommodating my budget. I’m glad to be a part of the Radcliffe Jewelers’ clientele and highly recommend them for your next or first luxury acquisition. I cannot wait to do business again in the near future, for there are other beauties I’d like to acquire and add to my collection. Perhaps another Rolex?
