My visit to Quest was great. I arrived a few minutes before my appt time and was quickly taken to check in, blood drawn ( even though sometimes my veins and blood do not cooperate, they easily, quickly and painlessly succeeded and on my way to work I went.

Watch for Linda she took a copy of my lab work and Id after telling me she couldn’t do my lab work and attempted to put the copies in her personal bag. Once I asked for my copies she told me to get out and she was calling the cops . Very unprofessional.

I made an appointment, so it would be easy to go in and out before my ultrasound. I had to bring two little children, so I was running behind, so I called just to let them know I was running behind and you cannot talk to aPerson from the local office so the lady why answered told Me I had 15 minutes after my appointment then they wouldMake me reschedule I went in 13 minutes late and the computer canceled my appointment and the lady said you can only be 10 minutes late and that I need to reschedule and there were 2 people sitting waiting while 2 ladies who worked there were just sitting at there desks I tried to reschedule and finally she helps me and tells me they don’tTake my insurance any way which no one told me when I made my original appointment ? I wasn’t theOnly one with this issue the older couple after me had the same issue.

I have visited many Quest locations and this is consistently the worst. There is a big mismatch with what Quest says and what the employees do. I made an appointment and checked in on my phone. However no one called me so I asked an employee named Karen and she told me that my appointment time has passed and they can't help me. On the mobile app, it clearly says that Quest will call you and to not check in at the kiosk but the employees only honor kiosk check in. They also helped a white lady whose appointment was after me while I (brown woman) was waiting for them to call me. Finally they were super rude and tried to shame me in front of other customers for coming late even though I checked in the mobile app at my appointment time.

The people in here are rude and ignorant. I called ans asked if they do walk ins and wasted my time going in and was told they didn't do walk ins only appts. The fact they could have accommodated me when their wasn't anyone in there is quite rude when I called prior to being told they did walk ins. They are very rude and arrogant. If I could give 0 stars i would. I will never return back to this place of business ever again.

On 9/28/2022 I Cynthia S a woman if color had a schedule appointment at 10:40 am. I checked in at the at 10:30 am. I informed a the white woman behind the desk of my schedule time. She stated I need to wait. After I checked in two more white women came in with out an appointment went in before me. Any woman or man of color should not go to the Quest diagnostic. The address is

I’ve had two great experiences at this location. I have a blood phobia so getting blood work done is extremely difficult for me. The two times I went here, both phlebotomists were great. They checked me in really quickly and had my blood work done within a few minutes. Definitely recommend making an appointment online and adding your insurance information in advance. Get there 10+ minutes in advance too. I was there 20 min early, checked in on the iPad, provided my insurance info and had my blood drawn all before my scheduled appt. They were great!

Came here for a drug screen and was pushed off for about 30 mins til the next shift bc the staff was ready to go home. There is no sense of urgency, and it seems like no one really likes their job or wants to be at work. WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TI ANOTHER LOCATION.

With an appointment, I've always had quick service here (I go during my workday and have never had issues with getting in and out). They are also very friendly! Blood draws have been seamless for me.
