They kept me informed throughout the entire process, made sure I knew what I needed to be doing, worked with me to find a solution when I ran into some difficulties acquiring necessary paperwork, recommended a realtor for me to work with, and even after buying my house, they've remained available for me to ask questions when things have come up. I can't recommend them enough.

John Thomas and Nicole H. were PHENOMENAL. I felt that I was a priority when it came to getting things handled. Lenders have many spinning plates and clients happening all at once. However, I never felt like I was a burden, the team at PRMI was consistent in communication and always available.

They made sure I understand everything and kept me informed of each step of the process. The icing on the cake is when John, CEO, calls you personally twice to make sure everything was okay!!

Dosent seem like they know what they are doing. We had to send documents over and over again. This process has been going on for 5 months definitely don't recommend this group. I guess they don't handle everything in house and that's why this process is never ending with them. We have wasted 5 months of precious time it's so frustrating! We sent a few documents in July and they contacted us in June and said they couldn't open them. It really took you a whole month to figure out you couldn't open them? That should have been our first red flag but as someone who has never been through this process we thought maybe that's how it is. WRONG
