Rich and the Pike Creek Mortgage Services team were helpful and courteous. Their Document Portal made providing all required documentation a breeze, and I was never in any doubt about what was needed. Everything went smoothly at closing (less than a month after our initial offer) and we were in and out in less than an hour! I would absolutely do business with Pike Creek Mortgage Services in the future!

Nick and his staff were awesome. We had been working with my bank and three months later still didn't have a mortgage and the sellers weren't willing to wait any longer. Nick and his fantastic staff got us processed and done in two weeks. They were very responsive and were pleasant to deal with. Great experience with them and highly recommend them

Pike Creek Mortgage helped me to buy my very first home. I worked primarily with Ben who was extremely resourceful and knowledgeable. Ben was able to answer all of my questions and come up with solutions for the curveballs that were thrown at us in the process. He had an excellent team behind him that worked round the clock to ensure that I would be able to settle this amazing deal. I was able to get approved for the home I wanted and I was given an amazing interest rate. I could not see myself buying a home with any other lender.

I cannot say enough about Ben Besosa and his team. From my very first interaction with Ben he was prompt, professional and cordial. I felt like I was talking to an old friend and not a lender. And that proved to be true when Ben went above and beyond to ensure my loan went thru. I would not have expected that level of generosity from an old friend or family member, much less a lender I've never personally met. Getting in my new home is a life changing event for both myself and for my family. And it absolutely WOULD NOT have happened without Ben. My family will forever be in debt to Ben and his team. And there is no-one else I would ever recommend for your lending needs. He truly changed the outlook of life for my children and myself.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Doherty from Pike Creek Mortgage as my loan officer during the process of financing my first home, and I cannot recommend him enough. From the beginning, Mike's informative, warm, patient, and knowledgeable approach put me at ease as a first-time homebuyer.
Mike took the time to explain the entire mortgage process, making sure I understood my various options and what to expect at every decision point. His deep knowledge of local programs, such as the Delaware First State Home Owners program, was invaluable in helping me qualify and navigate the mortgage process successfully.
A standout moment during my experience was when I found the perfect house over a holiday weekend, and the seller's agents made unnecessary demands regarding my finances. Mike took time out of his holiday weekend to contact the seller's agents and advocate on my behalf. His assertive and expert handling of the situation, combined with his reputable standing and the trustworthiness of Pike Creek Mortgage, made all the difference in securing my dream home.

As a young first time homebuyer, I was recommended to Pike Creek Mortgage Services and Pat. My experience was absolutely wonderful. Pat was super up front with me and answered even the craziest questions that I had. When I found the house that I loved, he got me pre approved very quickly and I was able to get my offer approved. He was very transparent with where my credit stood and how it looked for me being able to finance my home purchase. He did so much behind the scenes to get all my financing in order and made sure to keep the stress level low. At closing, he was extremely professional and upbeat the entire process. We even got a big bag of merch and it is all super useful little things for the moving process. Will definitely use Pike Creek again when we purchase another home in the future.

I wanted to give a shout out to the folks at Pike Creek Mortgage and Ben. We called PCM back in December 2023, after reaching out to a big box lender. I was pleasantly surprised with the time and care that Ben had with us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home.
We were first-time homebuyers, and along with that we weren't entirely equipped to go through this process. I jokingly thought that it would take until April until we found the right house and closed. Ben sort of laughed, and said that he could get us in a house and close within a month. That is what happened.
We started our search in December 2023 and closed on a house near the end of January 2024. The team of people Ben sent our direction, including the amazing realtor he set us up with, made the whole homebuying process seamless and easy.
I do believe choosing a local lender gave us the opportunity and opened the doors for us to get in a house so quickly. Thanks again for all your help, and I highly recommend the folks at PCM.
