My daughter was growing out of her twin sized mattress and she needed an upgrade ASAP. The owners, Dave and Samantha, were so helpful in getting my girl a bed that she loves. I will definitely be returning for my younger son's new mattress!

So my wife decided we needed a new bed. I'll admit I wasn't thrilled. I walked into Newark Mattress by Appointment and Dave greeted us. We tried out so many options to see what worked for us. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, kind, and down to earth, and made sure to stay within our budget. He wasnt forceful or pushy. It was customer service at its peak! We walked out with there with her smiling and me not having having to sell my left arm. LOL. GREAT JOB NEWARK MATTRESS BY APPOINTMENT!

I found this company on Facebook and I COULD NOT BE ANY MORE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by the level of customer service, product knowledge, and overall hospitality that was displayed during this interaction. Firstly I arrived in search of a bed for my 14year old and I needed it the same day so I was very nervous as many companies don't offer this option. Immediately I was greeted by Dave at the door with a smile and introduction to their business. Not only did I leave with an entire queen mattress set, but I received the deal of a lifetime without feeling any pressure to purchase. You know those companies who always wanna upsell you to their benefit and you end up with buyers remorse. WELL LET ME SAY THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! Sam and Dave took their time in working out everything I needed for my initial goal to become not only a reality but better than I initially anticipated. They were very patient and took their time answering all of my questions and each potential concern. Its not often that you go into a place of business and feel VALUED as a customer but that is exactly how I felt in this transaction. Not only did they deliver on all promises but went above and beyond upon delivery when they realized my boxspring would not fit up the steps. My daughter laid in her bed and is absolutely in love with it (she actually hasn't been out of her room much in the last 24 hours). This was a purchase I can truly be proud of and I will not go to any other company in the future due to the level of service and mind blowing deals they have here at Mattress By Appointment!
Update 5 years later. Everyone in my Family now has mattresses from Newark Mattress by Appointment. Everytime I've gone there over the last 5 years I am met with the same extraordinary service I experienced on my first day!

Dave and Son came out to my house to set up my new bed. ? It was a quick and easy process. No problem. They were courteous and respectful. Very polite and friendly. It took no time at all for them to set it up. I would recommend Matress by Appointment to anyone. Very worth buying from them.

I came across this store on Facebook. My family was moving and my kids needed new bed sets asap. I wanted something reliable, but affordable. I spoke with Sam and she and Dave helped me with everything. She helped me select the perfect bed sets that were in my budget and Dave helped set up the financing. The 90 day finance option is awesome.They were even able to schedule the delivery of the beds and setup on the day that we moved into our new home. They were honest, super kind, and demonstrated the best customer service. My kids love their new beds. They will definitely be my go to store for my furniture needs!!!!

Beyond 5 star customer service and support. Not only did I buy a great mattress but I also learned about different mattresses and what benefits they each have. Dave was very informative and helpful. I had THE BEST experience at Newark Mattress by Appointment! David (the owner) spent as much time with me as was necessary to help me find the best mattress for my physical problems. He was patient, kind and gave me the benefit of his knowledge about choosing a mattress. David is much more than a salesperson--he truly cares about his customers, and that was evident every time I went to his showroom. Purchasing and delivery were seamless. If you are in need of a new mattress, I cannot recommend Newark Mattress by Appointment highly enough. David will take great care of you!
