Everyone was courteous and greeted you as soon as you walked in. The staff was knowledgeable and helped finding the issue with the oil drain plug and replacement. Over all a great experience

I purchased my Jeep from another Dealership closer to my home (big mistake). I then went on a search for another Dealership a couple of months ago because my initial service was in March. I selected I.g.Burton, met John MacFarline and he presented your service department’s comittment to your customers, and because of his professionalism and knowledge, I decided to give you a try.
I scheduled this service for March 13th, and you actions from arrival to completion were excellent, and you and John are now my Dealership of choice, except for your sister Dealership in Milton, DE when we are at the beach and it was an emergency. Thank you,

My second visit to I G Burton was on August 16,2024 for normal maintenance. Again this was an excellent experience. John was welcoming, and professional. He explained what would be done, and off I went to the customer lounge. My Jeep was completed quickly, all settings as I left them, and paperwork completed. I am a very satisfied customer. Generally good.....Chris can be hard to reach and the Service Extension, when called dumps me to voicemail about 1/2 the time. Initial service tech (not Chris) seemed dismissive of my saying the problem was the starter -- did not like that attitude as I turned out to be right in my assessment.
