Stopped in to pick up something for my wife. Sounds easy enough. At the register I was asked for my phone number. I explained I would prefer not to share it. Salesman told me he had to have it. I commented that I have never been told that before. Salesman said he needed in order to get a receipt for my purchase. I said I did not need a receipt. Salesman said he needed it so I could get discounts and coupons from GNC. I said I was not interested, could I simply pay full price. Salesman said, why would you want to pay full price for something. I left with my personal information and did not make a purchase! Too easy to buy simple vitamins at many other locations. Farewell GNC!

Wife just went here. Waited for an unprofessional employee to get off the phone with their friend talking about investments. Once they got back to doing their job they were useless.

I have been going to the GNC Christiana mall 00657 store for a very long time and ive never had such a bad experience. The representative named, Claire, was extremely rude, short and unprofessional. I went in to buy some pre workout and asked her if they had anymore LitAF and instead of speaking she just pointed to the back wall. I said they were out and she stated “whatever is there is what we have”. I asked her if the ghost was comparable and she stated very short and told me bucked AF has more caffeine which is not what I had asked. During checkout she asked me for my number and when I started to tell her she raised her voice and told me to slow down. I then went to put my card , it wasn’t even in yet and she told me to remove it and to put it in when the blue light was on. The card was never in anyways. As I was leaving I did not say Andy thing and very sarcastically she said as I turned around “have a very nice day ma’am” very rude cust service and I will only be shopping at the Vitamin Shoppe
