Location is clean and easily accessible, rental process was efficient, staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the price was lower than at storage places a little closer to Univ. of DE. Definitely recommend!

Have had a lot of storage spaces across the cou try and was just completely wiped by the customer service here at this location in Newark, DE. Daylene and her partner at the office were amazing and truly helped get my car across cou try when the shipper showed up. Saved me a trip home and am grateful!Five stars all the way!
