Thane went above and beyond helping me with my rental agreement payment and helping me join the Aaron’s Club too! He took the time explaining the service & repair terms and some of the many benefits the Club membership has to offer! I recommend if you need to rent to own, to go to Aaron’s on Marrows Rd in Newark and see what they can do for you too!

Just recently leased a washer and dryer from the Newark store. Excellent condition, good biweekly pricing and delivery was fast and smooth. Kelsey listened to my needs and wasted no time getting me situated. I highly recommended!

I had a great experience with this particular Aaron's; they were friendly, helpful, provided great customer service, and answered all my questions and concerns. I am a completely satisfied customer with no complaints honestly. I would definitely recommend this particular Aaron's to anyone looking to lease something now or in the near future.

I have been harassed and belittle me when I come inside the store and over the phone. Beware all the staff are unprofessional. Not only that, they provide hidden charges like one day its one price. And the next day its a higher price. So they over charge their customers. It only applies if you are late on making a payment. But it should not matter this is called hidden charges. Not everyone perfect to make payments on a monthly basis on time every month. Soon that whole store will catch on fire! They will go out of business because the furniture is what keep them in business. Therefore, we will not be treated unprofessional no more. In God we trust but not by me personally.

I still haven't received my washer and dryer it's been a week already I'm getting the run around nobody knows anything but they easily took my money though it didn't take a week to do that...this is unbelievable never again

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING THE STORE MANGER JACK AND HIS TEAM LIE EVERY TIME YOU CALL THEM OR YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. I RECENTLY TRIED TO RETURN SOME FURNITURE THE SO CALLED DRIVER WHO HAS NO MANNERS LOOKED AT THE FURNITURE AND SAID TO ME WE ARE NOT TAKEN IT AND LEFT I CALLED THE STORE SPOKE WITH JACK HE SAID THAT THERE WAS STAINS AND THAT THERE WAS BUGS ON IT. LET ME SAY THIS MY HOUSE WAY BUILT LESS THEN A YEAR AGO AND MY HOUSE IS CLEANED WEEKLY. THEN JACK SAID THAT I HAVE TO MAKE A DOUBLE PAYMENT. WHEN I TOLD HIM I AM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DON WANT OR NEED HE HUNG UP ON ME . I HAVE WORKED IN THE RETAIL FOR OVER 15 YEARS I HAVE NEVER TREATED OR BEEN TREATED SO BADLY BY ANY COMPANY THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL

I have purchased and rented from Aaron's for years. (Not always this location). I've had the worst experience from this location. You never know who is telling you the truth. You may be talking to someone new who has no idea how to calculate payments. I'll be paid off soon thank God. I would never use this location again.

I have gotten a few things from there I like things I get however I don't like the prices are how long it takes in the beginning they seem reasonable but then it seems like it takes a really long time to pay it off but they are nice and they do work with you
