This place is AWESOME. They have everything and then some and the delivery is like going through a drive thru. The drivers are excellent. Try the app and see how happy it makes you just knowing a company actually cares about your everyday needs. Highly recommend.

Went to get a new tire - waited half an hour for store representative to show up, only for them to tell me I had to make an appointment. I asked if they had any appointments open. They didn't look at the schedule - just told me no. Only one car waiting and one car being worked on. They told me they would put air in my tire so I could go somewhere else. However, no one came out to put air in my tire. I feel bad for the people who work here more than anything. The "higher ups"don't care about their staff nor their customers.

More than an hour prior to closing, they had all the self-checkout lanes and all but two full service checkout lanes closed. At least 15 people in each line made for a very slow checkout- I was in line longer than I shopped.

There was no one to assist.
I gave this location another try again rude and no help. When asking to use the fitting room the representative said “I’ll get there when I get there” instead of give me a moment. The selection is also bad couldn’t find a small.
Needless to say I won’t be back.

It's good clean friendly staff has everything I need and want good prices fresh stuff what more can u ask for I did give it five stars always come to this Walmart because they are cheaper then other Walmarts they close the self checkout registers now they have four scan and goes where an employee scans your stuff for u and three regular registers I told the employees because there was two that I like to scan it my self the one employee said they have to do it but I was in two other lines where the customers were scanning their own stuff then the employee with the attitude said my card didn't go thru that's because their credit card reader is hanging off the mount told her i didn't need to steal anything if that is what she thought that I wanted to ring my self up for they need more registers open they have enough employees standing around doing nothing we shouldn't have to wait that long to get ring up

Honestly the worst Walmart in the area. I will travel to Elkton Walmart before coming here again and I live 5 min from the new castle store. The employee treat people that actually pay for their groceries like criminals. They honestly need to shut this location down. All the emoyes don't like doing the job and the store is dirty!
