Bryan is the customer service king. Very pleased with the product and they actually stand behind it. That’s rare these days, they have secured my business for life. I have their full cooling stack. Radiator with lines, trans cooler with lines, intercooler with lines and thermostats very pleased with how much better they are than oem. No plastic junk.

Not only does Mishimoto make the highest quality products, but their customer service is by far second to none.I purchased a baffled oil catch can several years ago and the other day dropped it and damaged the filter. I contacted customer service, emailed my receipt and address, and Stefan Watson got back to me quick with a replacement being sent to me in the mail.It's refreshing to find a company with employees who take customer service to the next level.Thanks Stefan and Mishimoto for creating great products and taking care of a life long customer.

I recently purchased a radiator for my Jeep wrangler through mishimoto. I have no experience in this job, but with the videos provided by mishimoto I was able to get the job done. It is definitely not as easy as the videos make it seem, but I was able to get it done. I did run into a problem, but I reached out to the installation dept. at mishimoto and was connected with Caibryn. Not only did Caibryn help me solve my issue, but he also instilled a piece of mind, which is something I was lacking after my first-time installation. Without Caibryns help I probably would’ve been loading the Jeep on a tow truck to be worked on at a shop. So huge thank you to Caibryn and Mishimoto.-Chase

They used my car for R&D twice. Both times my car has come back with problems. First time they were willing to help. This time there is body damage on my car and they refuse to take responsibility. Once they were done they dumped my car at my job. Handed my keys to a receptionist and rolled. Didn’t even let me look my car over and accept it. Will never work with them again.

I ordered an oil pan and it was damaged during shipping I reached out to mishimoto immediately and they made the whole process of getting a replacement super quick and easy. They were very quick and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. I'm definitely looking forward to purchasing more of their products.

Do not buy anything from this company, if they send you wrong part and you return it, you will never get a refund. They are bunch of thieves.

I purchased a radiator for my camaro , it was not welded properly. Mishimoto shipped a replacement which had a leak also. I think they have a good product but craftmenship could use a bit of tweaking. I was very impressed with the high Quality of customer service! Fast response and shipping out replacement very quickly! I would like to say that Mason is a huge part of your team we need more people like that in the business that truly care ! I’m rating more on customer service that product.

I talked to Anoy about getting a lug nut key when I lost mine, he was very helpful but I wish you could just buy one online. However I understand why you cannot for security reasons.

Damien from customer service made my entire Mishimoto experience worth it. I bought an oil cooler for my mustang GT over a year ago but never had the chance to install it until this past weekend. I realized 80% of the way through installation that I was sent the wrong bolt for the sandwich plate. Damien was able to find the bolt I need, even though the previous representative was having issues since it is a kit specific item. I was able to have the bolt overnighted because they knew I couldnt use my car without it. Mishimoto has great products backed by a great customer service department. I will be ordering through them for all my cooling needs in the future.

I purchased a transmission cooler and I was told it’s out of stock. Then I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. 6 weeks later they shipped it to me and I been getting the runaround to return it. Never opened the box. Very bad business that speaks highly of themselves. They make feel like you’re dealing with a company from overseas. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Mishimoto has great quality and design within their products. My experience with their customer service is that they were prompt and thorough in attempting to resolve my issue - to the point of far exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend their cooling products if one is available for your vehicle.
