Plain & simple. This pharmacy sucks in everything they do. The patient IS NOT THEIR priority. Money is the only thing that they believe in. You have a chronic disease do not use this pharmacy

Biotech is one of the most professional nursing skilled people I have dealt with. I had to get a Vyept Infusion in the neurologist office. He did not have the infusion center set up. I felt really bad for Nurse because it took us 2 1/2 hours to do a 30 minute infusion. She was very professional very kind and then my second infusion is going to be done in my home which is good for me because I’m blind and I don’t drive. They are very good about working with your schedule understanding your needs and being professional and kind at the same time I would highly recommend these this company, Sherrie Phillips, Chesapeke, Virginia.

My neurologist prescribed IVIG every other week after having been on Hyzentra (sub-cutaneous )for over a year. He felt I derived more benefit over the same time period with IVIG infusions. Receiving my treatments in the optimum condition at home, in a relaxed atmosphere versus driving, staying away from my family and friends (and pets) is not really a comparison. My nurse, Taylor, has become a friend who has a personal interest in my progress. She is a good source of answers for my frequent questions. And, she is able to note any changes in my condition.

With the exception of a couple of instances early on, the supplies required for my IV Ig infusion have arrived in a timely manner. Sharese is very good about calling to schedule the shipments. The one problem I have had the entire 2+ years is that I am continually double billed for the co-pay, and I have had to call on a few occasions to sort this out with the billing department. A better billing system should be developed.

I could not say enough great things about everyone at BioTek. Incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate staff who make what might be a difficult experience smooth, simple and calm. They make sure you are as comfortable as possible, and have whatever you need. I just wish I could stay away from the basket of goodies!

Go here to get my Ocrevus infusion to help slow down my MS the nurses and others are very nice and very helpful. I only wish it was not so far from my home.

It was a comfortable experience. Even the employees I talked to over the phone were great at getting everything set up. The staff on site was transparent and explained everything in detail to me. I could tell that they all really care about what they're doing and they all did a wonderful job of making me feel relaxed throughout the process.
