“The service tech that visited and checked everything out it was fantastic quick and explained everything to me. I am only annoyed at the fact that I had to fill out four pages of paperwork, and having just movered and being self employed I didn’t get to it and there was a threat of my gas being turned off! What an antiquated process! Every other utility that I had to sign up for including water, electric, and Internet Didn’t require me to do anything like this. In fact, I just spoke with someone over the phone. They took my information and I was done. Sharp required this documentation and physical signature on two of the 4 documents. I mean cmon!”

“Okay I will be straight to the issue. Your lady’s that answered all calls or very polite and professional. Second your supervisor I believe just has to much on his plate. Understand that you can’t be around the calls 24/7 other than that okay Except one detail charging for hazard delivery. Went I drove tractor trailer owner I had to pay for my hazard license to haul hazard material and talk to lots of local drivers to they had to do the same and show the company that they are updated on hazard class—A -B-H- M yes take the test every-2- yearPlus plus pay for the endorsements on my license thanks”
