Great selection of mid-century modern furniture. The owner is very friendly. Highly recommended. Added a photo to this review of a classic tv made back in 1974, that we bought at the store, and was able to breathe new life into it. It now has a new home.

I purchased the most beautiful makeup vanity at House of Modern Living. There is a HUGE selection of absolutely stunning MCM furniture, accessories and extraordinary treasures in this fabulous store. Bill is wonderful and made our visit a lovely experience.

We stopped in and purchased a mid century hutch and entry way table. Bill is very helpful, informative, and extremely pleasant to do business with. Even purchased a large cigar ashtray. Prices are fair and pieces are amazing. Well worth a visit!

Amazing high quality MCM pieces! Owner has a great eye for design. I purchased a wonderful piece of vintage art. I will definitely be back when we visit the beach again. We stay in Fenwick island the store is only about 20 min away- definitely worth the trip!
