I love this place! Not being very text savvy we came in here needing a CD copied and photos taken off a phone and Heather was just absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful to us and so patient. Her and husband have owned this business for about five years now, and they truly are genuinely nice people. I would prefer to do business with them any day of the week and would recommend them to family and friends.

They helped mail an antique clock to Arizona. You know, that one last antique from a family estate, that caused headache, heartache, and resentment for decades. It arrived in perfect shape and the real family is thrilled to have it returned. Thank you for the help and supplies. Definitely my Mail Center now!

The Mail Center is wonderful! I recently had to send a package and didn't know how to pack the fragile items or the best way to ship them. The mail center took care of everything and I didn't have to worry about anything breaking. I highly recommend for all your shipping and packing needs! To the people complaining about Amazon returns - Amazon only allows their prepaid returns to be shipped from a CORPORATE UPS STORE. There are only 2 - one in Dover and one in Rehoboth. If you have issues with Amazon, you need to contact them and complain about the correct issue.

Completely worthless, this is the second time I've taken an item there that they would not mail. It was a small package for a return and it was prepaid, wrapped and addressed perfectly. They just say we don't do those packages, it's a UPS package and they say they do UPS right on their door..they are WORTHLESS

I have only ever had good experiences here. I send mostly pre-paid packages and am generally in & out in a minute or less. Even around the holidays or with large packages I have never had to wait more than a few minutes.

I stopped in today to have some medical records copied. I needed 2 batches of copies and one whole batch to be mailed to Florida. In total, it was likely in excess of 1000 pages. They were kind, quick, and extremely organized. I was there less than 30 minutes and everything was copied and packed and ready to be shipped. I was impressed and will definitely be back. Also, I grabbed some local honey they sell and it is delicious!
