I had three bathrooms totally renovated by Middletown Kitchen and Bath. They did an amazing job from start to finish. I had personal, experienced help with design decision from the very first time I walked into their showroom. Everyone associated with my project was skilled and took great pride in their work. Dwayne and Mike were very professional and respectful of me and my home as they took the transformation of my bathrooms from demolition to the beautiful final product.

Had work done in our bathroom. Mike and Dwayne did a great job. Kept us updated on progress of work. Good cleanup each day. Would recommend MKB to family and friends. A very good experience.

Your employee, Andrew, who worked on upgrading our kitchen cabinets did a great job. He gave honest opinions and advice and went out of his way making sure we were satisfied. He cleaned up after himself showing pride in his work. We consider him an asset working for Middletown Kitchen and Bath.

Dwayne and Mike did a fabulous job on our bathroom remodel. We had no glitches and everything was done according to schedule. They were helpful in decision making when asked. They checked with us before doing any major steps. They kept us up-to-date on a daily basis and were always prompt in the morning. I would recommend this team to anyone and everyone. Morgan was a great help at the office in helping us design our new master bath. She also gave me helpful ideas and gentle suggestions. The subcontractors were professional and on time, friendly and highly skilled. Everyone cleaned up every day. The worst part was the sanding and that was an easy fix. This is definitely a five star operation with great work ethics, professionalism and great communication.

MKB did a great job with our kitchen reno. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Morgan was especially helpful during the design phase, guiding us through the daunting process of layout, cabinet and finish choices. Andrew and his team worked diligently, kept to the schedule, and delivered a well crafted final product. Any minor issues that popped up were quickly addressed by the MKB team. We would definitely consider using them for future projects.

We are so happy with everything MKB designed and built in our renovated master bathroom. Andrew and Andre did an excellent job listening to our requests and making them work. The quality of workmanship is evident in everything they do. We can’t wait for the glass to finish the shower and then move on to our kitchen reno!

MKB did a great job of renovating our large kitchen which included a complete tear down. The design process was easy and they offered a number of options for our consideration. We discussed the design with Mark Gandy and several members of his team at our home at the outset. The process started generally when they said it would, and Dwayne, in particular, was very knowledgeable, efficient, conscientious and meticulous. He was very focused on delivering the best product for us and making sure we were pleased throughout the process. Dwayne handled all issues that arose with a tear down of an old kitchen with ease and confidence.We recommend MKB and would definitely use them again. My husband and I were lucky enough to find MKB from an internet search. We stopped into the showroom and were very pleasantly surprised. Did you even enter a place and know this was the right place for you? Well, we did and we did!We have been wanting to remodel our master bath since we bought our house, six years ago. The garden tub was useless to us and it had a small, prefab shower, a double vanity which could be longer, toilet and absolutely no storage except under the sink. All builder grade with no imagination. I hated it!When we entered we were greeted by the staff and they were very friendly and professional. As we did not have an appointment I didn't really expect much but they were very informative and the showroom had some great displays. This all gave us ideas and we made an appointment for Mark, the owner to come and measure. He did and a week or so later, we went back to the showroom for his plans.We think he nailed it! We wanted a longer, higher double vanity with draws for storage (got it),a larger walk in shower (got it) heated floors (got it), real linen closet (got it) special lighting (got that too!) plus a few other things that were on our list. (I think we got them all!)(yea!) We loved his ideas and suggestions. We decided to go for it and signed the contact. What I liked about that is it told us exactly when each payment was due and how much. No surprises and really there weren't.Now to be honest, there were a few problems during the course of the job but what job of this type doesn't have them. However, between Mark, Patty King, (his fabulous office person) and Dwayne (seems like his go to guy! I think he could remodel that bathroom by himself; he was great and a gentleman.) They handled every problem we came across quickly, with humor and most of all, professionalism. There were many other people involved in the remodel but I dealt with Dwayne and Patty almost everyday. Patty would call daily giving me an update as to who was scheduled to come the next day and what they were scheduled to do. She also wanted to know if there were any problems and if we were happy with the job as it was progressing. I never expected that and she was great!I won't bore you with every little detail, but we were delighted with the finished project. I keep walking in to the bathroom, admiring it (as if it was someone else's) and realizing it is ours! (YIPPEE!)When Mark was here measuring, I told him I thought the bathroom could be "spectacular"! Well, he did it! We love it and could not be more pleased with both the job and the company. Needless to say, we highly recommend Middletown Kitchen and Bath!Service: Remodeling
