Had me fill out a paper change of address 3 weeks ago and said it would take 10-14 business days for a letter in the mail to arrive at my new address. Fast forward 3 weeks, they tell me it's online only and had nothing to say about the paper they had me fill out.At least the man there was kind.

Tiny but does it's purpose. The staff are extremely polite and will eventually call you by name. Nothing like a town post office!

This place constantly holds packages way longer than any other post office I know. You get a notification that you should get your package that day, they it never comes for sometimes a week later.

I live about 2 minutes away therefore getting my stamps is a breeze . No lines and not to mention Miss Val is always nice ! The person who delivers my mail is amazing too !

I hate USPS.....USPS is one of many American Federal business's that needs to be revamped of ALL operation procedures, and personnel....90% of the time they don't answer phone calls coming through, makes it even worse when you're at the Post Office and you see the workers acknowledging the phone is ringing but they just let it ring. America needs Japan Post to teach them how customer service is supposed to be.

The service I’ve used was to mail out care packages to my husband overseas. I’ve done it plenty of times at this place and the staff is always professional and respectful. Things always go smoothly since I already have my forms ready and package closed. I just have to hand it over and pay. The place is small and only one person at the front so go early if you’re in a rush because one person can only do so much so give them some grace.

People are great and the service is good.But the place is entirely too small to be effective. Some days you can't even pull into the parking lot! yet Milford is getting a new post office?Also, what is the deal with no actual mail delivery to houses within the corporate limits of magnolia? No one seems to know how or why but it sure would be nice to actually get my mail delivered to my house instead of having to go into the post office every day!
