Was with AAA Insurance for the past 3 years. Rates went up by 40%, despite dropping a car and no longer having a child or any accidents / tickets. So called the local State Farm office and worked with Todd Smith. Not only did he reduce the AAA new price but he reduced it below the original rate and added benefits. Plus if I have an issue I can go see him in person. AAA Insurance was a typical call center, absolutely no help. Plus its nice to give $$ back to local small businesses!!!

Todd Smith was great to work with and got my auto and home insurance policy up and running with lightning speed! The timing was spot on, and he was there to answer the phone!

Todd Smith at State Farm is my earth angel! He was so pleasant to deal with. I cannot believe my savings of at least $10,000.00 yearly for my car and homeowners insurance. Liberty mutual has lost a very long term customer.

Todd Smith the Personal Account Representative in Hockessin, DE was great! He took such a great care of all my concerns and guided me through the process to obtain the best quote possible for our two cars. He explained it step by step to avoid any confusion. In person service. We were paying a lot of money in other car's insurance were we never even meet. I strongly recommend this office, where they really care about customers.

Businesses like this restore my faith in humanity even with the current technology driven way we engage. In this day where we are all doing business through apps and AI we lose the importance of providing a product or service while caring about customers. Bill Burris' State Farm values this! Great experience with Todd at State Farm office in Hockessin. Todd was extremely professional, understanding, and a huge advocate for creating an excellent customer service experience. I've had issues in the past with reps, but Todd replaced that experience instantly. In the end, my family was able to secure auto and renters insurance right away.Cannot thank you enough!
