Have your package ready, wrapped with the attached label. If you do not require a receipt, they will inform you to leave it on the counter. Love that most of the time you are in and out. They do have a line at times. I use this location MOST of the time. Love it.

I normally have no issues with UPS delivery and in almost every case and there are many they Park properly, follow the sidewalk place the delivery on the front porch and ring the doorbell. However over the past two months there has been either a part timer or new person cutting through yards, walking through irrigation systems but most egregious is placing items in front of garage doors on the side of the house in bright sunlight with a package marked perishable keep cool. In both cases the items were totally ruined.. The a Driver when I tried to contact him, a very heavy set shoryer guy drove off. This is unacceptable by any standards

Out of the way place on Rt 13....since I missed my delivery day's....attendant was was very pleasant....she needed to check e few places where the item was being held...but, success I got my package.

A pkg was to be delivered today by 7pm but it is now 8:30 pm now but did NOT arrive. Try to find out where it was and when it would be here. I keep getting connected to different AI ppl that were suppose to help but they never did..ups is a sham…..next time FedEx……so frustrating!

UPS in Harrington is only open for package drop off from 3:30 to 6 :30 PM.

My husband's Chemo medication is on a truck in Harrington. It was suppose to be delivered today, but driver was late to facility and the drug was not picked up. Women on phone told us we couldn't come pick it up because she couldn't open truck. We would have to wait until next business day to get his meds which is Monday. Today is Friday. This is unacceptable as this drug, Zytega, is supposed to be kept at room temperature and is a very expensive medication.

I received an opened package on yesterday's delivered by UPS it is the holiday season so be careful having item's delivered instead pick up or go through Amazon. I've never had a problem in the past so I am surprised by the incident it could have been the driver. I always have packages delivered and left on my door. The neighbors watch out for each other and even pick up each others packages.i called the store but got a run around with the automated service. I will try again on the next business day but the hassle isn't worth it.

Ups has been absolutely horrible over the last few years ? my packages never come on time anymore they just drop my things off in my driveway instead of putting on my porch customer service representatives are not trained properly on customer service or their business for that matter. Communication is definitely not there. If I am given a option I will take FedEx or usps over ups anytime I'd even take Amazon delivery over ups.
