I am new to the area and the post office was swamped with customers. The lady working the desk was very nice and worked at lightning pace. I don't think I could have handled all of those customers as quickly as she did. Everyone was patient and kind.

I was in to mail some important papers 10/30/23 . The clerk was so unbelievably RUDE. Everything was an effort. Didn’t seem interested in customer service.

Love the postal worker here. She is so awesome. We have become close as I see her every week. She works super hard and sometimes she is on her own and handles a long line by herself. She is great at her job. Kindness goes a long way. When you show someone that you care it means a lot and she has been so kind to me.

I just read the other reviews. My experience was the opposite; the man at the Milton post office always seems to be in a bad mood (we never know what others are going through), so I went to the Harbeson post office and the woman there was friendly. The people at the Millsboro post office all seem nice, too.

I would definitely give a zero stars if I could that lady that works there is awful the most awful nasty person I’ve ever met in my whole life she should not be working at that counter. I will never come there again because of her and her attitude. I have been there twice and the first time I thought maybe she was having a bad day but I went again and it’s the same nasty attitude from the same lady Just disgusting

The ABSOLUTELY worst customer service and nonfunctional telephone tree in the entire USA. Must have paid millions of tax dollars to some politician's cousin for writing the telephone tree code!! Meaningless loops. Never a callback! Awful service. Incompetent. Slothful. Negligent. Plan on never resolving any USPS mail issue! Lost mail stays lost!!!

The mail carrier does not like to get off there a** to deliver any package this is the third times that this mail carrier skip my house to deliver my son package I can't stand delivery like that what about if I ordered my medication true mail I'll be dead before they decide to delivered I'm going to complaint above this review to the higher up.
