We had 2 63 pound boxes to send by FedEx. We are older and had our neighbor load them into our car but could not take them out. The young man at Windswept took both boxes with no trouble. He was very polite and cordial.

Usually I don't have a problem when I go in there but today was ridiculous. I sat at the counter for a long period of time. At least 5 employees walked passed me without asking if I needed help. One employee was at the register and seen me there. I was the second person in line. She left the register after she was done with the previous customer. When I finally stopped someone to get assistance he had an attitude. I left without receiving service because I was beyond annoyed at that point. It'll be a long time if ever I return there again.
