If the insurance recommends this place, run. They are unprofessional and admitted several times they had no idea what to do with my vehicle, yet they charged the insurance. In addition to admitting they "forgot to call me" several times and that they did not know how to fix my vehicle, the staff was rude and unwilling to help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE WHO ADMITTED THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING AND ARE RUDE.

My Granddaughter drove up from North Carolina to look at a specific Jeep. There was another couple looking at the same Jeep. the salesman changed the price of what he told us it would be. He was trying to put us in another Jeep which my granddaughter didn't want. The dealer tried to low ball us on the trade-in trying to get us to buy the Jeep she did not want. i have bought vehicles since the 90's at this dealership. We were treated rudely by the sales manager. My granddaughter hadn't even made a final decision when he jumped up and went to the other couple and sold them the Jeep we were looking at. I have never been treated this rudely at any car deal ship. I will never purchase a vehicle there again.

No different than previous owners. Inflexible, very short with customer. lack of product knowledge and after explaining why I was no longer interested continues to email even after unsubscribing from their site. . There has got to be, even if it's only a few dollars or offer for a car wash some incentive to encourage and perpetuate a good buying experience. Nothing but a smart A response from a sales person the management badgering . I know Preston Mgmt is reviewing these evals. So I'm asking you now to not bother me again and I guarantee I won't bother you

I am posting this review on behalf of the service department! First off I’d like to mention Ben Marvel, Jeff Wood, Brett, and Lou. They’ve all went above and beyond with the service provided on my 2019 Ram 1500. I had my front differential replaced entirely, rear end differential rebuilt, and heater core replaced. After having the front differential replaced and had gotten the truck back, i noticed grease being slung from the driver side axle, their team went above and beyond to have a new CV axle ordered and immediately installed (this was due to a manufacturer defect). Some of their negative reviews online worried me! But come to find out they were very misleading reviews, i can assure you, their team is solid and knows what they’re doing. Getting my truck in and out with this much amount of work in a timely manner - and having no issues at all after! I moved to Delaware from Philadelphia just about 2 months ago, and these guys will forever have my business. Very knowledgeable team - hard working! Couldn’t ask for much more. I thank you all for your hard work and effort! If there is anything else that i ask from this dealership is that you acknowledge this review and their hard work! I appreciate you all!

If you want an amazing car buying experience, Preston is definitely your go to place! Issiah and Elvis were welcoming, knowledgeable and definitely not pushy salespeople. We definitely did not feel pressured, they answered all our questions and they did everything they could to work within our budget. I don’t usually make an on the spot decision, especially with a huge purchase such as this, but I felt confident that I was getting a beautiful new car for definitely the right price! Brittany helped me program everything and it all went so smoothly! I highly recommend Preston and we will definitely be repeat customers! Terri and Tom
