I’ve been patiently looking for a fuel efficient reliable vehicle for months now. I’ve walked out of four dealerships completely astonished at what they wanted for a vehicle. I passed Colonel Motors on my way home and called to ask about one of the vehicles in the parking lot. Gabby answered the phone and was professional, kind and helpful. I returned today and the owner, Rich, sold me a better vehicle than I thought I’d be able to get! The cost, financing and payment cannot be beaten, and as I mentioned above, I’d been to several other places prior to here!

I highly recommend Colonial Motors. When my wife and I pulled in Rich greeted us and immediately asked how he could help. We explained that our vehicle was just totalled and needed to replace it. We explained that I have been fighting cancer and other medical problems over the last 3 years and my credit was shot. My wife fell in love with a Honda CR-V. Rich had told us not to worry he would do his Best to get us approved. Within 1 1/2 hours he called us back and told us to come get our new vehicle. We had not even discussed price yet. I went online and looked up what the average retail was for that vehicle and thought maybe we would have to find a cheaper one. When we returned to the dealership he had already worked out the price and the payments and I could not believe what he sold it to us for. What a fantastic person. He understood our situation and made the price work for us. Prior to this I had been in the business for 20 years and finding a person who actually cares about his customers and company was a nice refreshing touch. Thank you again Rich.

When I tell you Brian and Mr. Charles did they thing!! They was able to get me the vehicle I wanted with no issues! And I was in and out! Not like how the others are! Payments affordable . The vibe and energy in this place was top tier! Make this your next stop seriously!! They the BEST!!

Colonial motors five star very happy with my experience at Colonial motors. I got a great car a 2014 Chevy Impala with 62,000 MI was all the bells and whistles definitely a keeper I strongly recommend colonial motors when you are ready to purchase a good reliable fairly priced and looks and rides like new

O STARS FOR BRIAN AT COLONIAL MOTORS !! Stay away he was so nice when getting the vehicle. Vehicle is a lemon we got the car in March and April he we is THEY CANT FIX THE PROBLEM and they had the vehicle for weeks. We paid the car insurance and car payment and he acts like it’s nothing after he sold THE LEMON! He saying he has walk in’s and other ppl. Wth it sound like to me he not taking care of the customers he trying to get money after money taking customers but don’t care what he selling . LEMONS ! Been ducking us making excuses and he isn’t professional . LIED ABOUT A TRADE IN! A big liar but nice and sweet during the buying process. Stay AWAY HE IS IN THE DOVER LOCATION COLONIAL MOTORS. Trust me he talk a good game lol don’t get a vehicle from him he is definitely a rip off . If this is how we wanna do we can and you will get updates everyday !!! I reached out to a higher person TODAY and a lawyer also. Engine light on after 3 day’s. Couldn’t pass inspection and I’ll post the failed inspection as well when I update!
