I had tried to open a joint savings acct at Wells Fargo online. It said I could only open an individual, not joint acct. Tried to open the individual acct - entered all data asked for, but it said I was missing data (without telling me what was missing) and that I would have to make an appt and come in. I called to make an appt and my call never got answered.Went online to Citizens - opened a joint acct easily. At one point I hit a back arrow and lost all data I'd entered!! I called and got helped by Burgess Bent, who was able to retrieve my data, and stayed online until my acct was established, and showed great patience with me.Added bonus - TWO nearby locations vs one for Wells Fargo if I need to go in person.

I opened an account about a year ago and was assisted by the branch manager. She was very professional, courteous and pleasant. I recently had to go in for assistance and once again she was the one that helped me and was awesome during the process. Another woman who works there was able to help me by phone a few days prior and she was also extremely helpful and patient. I have had offers to switch banks but I just can't see myself going anyplace else. You earn loyalty by doing exactly what these two employees have been doing.

Once they get you to sign up they won't help you or honor signup offers. They just care about their numbers

I have a loan through this bank and we have ran into a problem. Now when requesting a supervisor we get ignored and sent to another person. They don’t care about their customers, they just want money. I regret putting my loan through them. I lost my job during covid and ended up having a baby. They told me I had one month of covid forbearance left and that I had to wait until the other one was approved before I could use it. Never mentioned that I had to call before June 30, and the approval wasn’t until the 29. I call to request and they tell me oh no we stopped doing that. How am I to know? And instead of working with me they just kept putting me in a circle. I was told that a supervisor would call me and I never heard from them. Now my credit is messed up and my baby and I are going to struggle to get a house. I can’t even get a credit card to improve my credit. Thanks for nothing Citizens.

I deal with this bank for my job. The inside is rarely open. They are down to one drive through lane and I have rolls of change i need to cash in and can't. When you are supporting the banking needs of a business then accommodations should be made. Now what should take 5 minutes is going to take about 20 to 30 minutes

We have recently switched banks, and let me tell you! We have had the most wonderful experience! The most customer friendly bank ever! Their branch manager is absolutely fantastic, and all tellers are always pleasant and sweet. You will always be greeted by a smile. They’re incredibly fast and responsive and have the patience to answer all of your questions and explain in detail what they are doing and how this will affect my banking experience! Great hours and awesome drive through service! I’ll never bank with anyone else! Fantastic team!
