This store is a pig sty! The store is unorganized, with merchandise all over the floors in all departments! There needs to be a total revamp, beginning with management.

Store was very messy. Many things out of place laying on the floor very disorganized. I haven't been to Burlington's in a while but I was very disappointed from what I remembered it was much nicer probably won't go back

The prior Burlington stores were well stocked, neat and had appealing garments, not so much now.

This store use to be a Clean,Clear Nice store.I use to enjoy seeing all workers Dressed Professionally..Now,it is very messy looking....It would be nice if this store could get they had when they first opened the store..

My first visit to this store location in about 6 months was appalling.
I was shocked at the merchandise in several areas (men's, women's, etc) on the floor, thrown haphazardly over racks, items just tossed on shelves and lack of cleanliness of the entire store.
Clearly, there is no pride in this location from the staff and management.
I watched a store associate walk past a pile of clothing items that had been dropped/thrown on the floor, literally sidestepping to avoid it and kept on walking.
We won't be back any time in the near future.

It's ok. I was surprised when we came in here, they were well stocked up with merchandise. The only thing is the check out line was so long. We waited a half hour in the line to check out. 3 people working the checkout couldn't get the line moving any faster. I would have left but we really needed what we came there.

Great store but why do I feel like I’m in a horror movie when I need to go to the bathroom? I had to ask how to get to the bathroom because there’s only one area to get to it. At least they had a cute Hello Kitty shirt. The signs are in English and Spanish which is great, something I haven’t really seen anywhere else at that scale.
