Jay was very helpful pointing out various features that made selecting the right Stihl weed trimmer easy. Assistant manager Malik tested the trimmer and very helpful answering additional questions we had.
Both gentlemen were friendly and professional, and that's exactly what keeps us coming back to this Ace location.

Rommel's Ace in Dover has the greatest staff I've ever met. From Brigitte to Bob, they're all a delight.
The Stihl tech, Jeremy, is also very knowledgeable and was able to help me decide the proper chainsaw for what I was trying to do.
They also keep it clean and well organized. If I ever have any trouble finding something, a helpful associate will quickly show me where I need to be!

We are so lucky to still have a store like Ace for our home repair needs. Every time I go in, the staff is present, knowledgeable, and helpful and I don't have to search to find an employee that will help. They know what they are talking about when giving me answers to questions I have...even when I might not know what I'm asking for lol! They have such a better selection of various products instead of one name brand like bigger diy stores. I absolutely recommend going there when you need anything for your home!
