We love Debbie and the excellent job she does in grooming our pups. We have a King Charles and we like to keep his hair short, she has developed quite a bond with him and he enjoys going to her. The other dog just goes for a bath and nails and she is always super excited when we drop off. The place is always very clean and the rates are very affordable!

We had no problem with Ginger's Pet Cuttery. Her flat affect may not be to everyone's liking but my puppy liked her. She even recommended a trainer for us that we absolutely loved. Our puppy definitely needed some one on one trainer time. She did a nice job with the grooming and even gave him a toy. No, she does not do large breeds, only small.

Fur babies parents beware..If I could give this groomer 0 stars I would. I just moved in the area and decided to take my 13 yr old cockapoo there bcz it was near my home. Only needed a bath, nails and sanitary. WHAT A MISTAKE! not only did she do a bad job, she left p*** on his butt. She had the nerve to tell me as soon as I walked in to pick him up, how horrible he was and loud too! I was so embarrassed and apologetic to say the least. I told her I've never gotten a bad report before, her answer was, "they lied to you". I called and asked her if she even washed my dog bcz there was p*** on his bottom. She said yes I did. He was so bad I was afraid to let anybody else wash him so I washed him myself. (mind u there was no one else in her little smelly shop). I wished dog owners would leave reviews for just this purpose..I DO NOT RECOMMEND this groomer. She called me back after the first conversation and asked me if I would be willing to take my dog in and if I would hold him on the table and offered my money back. I'll take my money back she then quickly said she put a lot of work into him, I told her, "but ur the professional. She said,"yes, I am" and I put alot of work into him so I won't give u your money back and hung up on me. So why did she even call me to offer my money back? What a dreadful experience for my dog. I know she stressed him out bcz he was shaking and confused which way to go on the way out. So therefore this pet service deserves 0 stars

I just had to write a review after the experience I had here. I called to make an appointment for my grandmother's cat who I thought had only a couple mats in her hair she is persian cat so they tend to get matted hair easily. She said she was busy but would try to help us out anyway and made an appointment for us which I was so GRATEFUL for. So we went today well to my surprise she had more mats in her hair then I thought. She was great with her and really took her time and got rid of all of them. I give her 5 stars for her customer service and the way she treated my grandmother's cat she definitely made my grandmother happy when she saw her cat free of hair mats. As long as she is in business she'll be our groomer

Do not bring puppies here! I brought my 4 month old golden doodle for his first cut & the groomer told me we weren’t allowed back. Said my pup was biting her too much and was going to end up being an aggressive dog but really they were just puppy bites. I wish she told me when I made the apt that she didn’t feel comfortable with puppies. Not to mention my pup was very scared and timid when he got home. She definitely ruined the grooming experience for us. Not going back here even if I was allowed ...

Moved to Boothwyn so needed to find a groomer closer than our previous in Trolley Square. Read a couple negative reviews so initially I was hesitant when I called, but our experience was the total opposite from those and very positive.Ginger (not sure if that’s the name of the woman there) was able to fit us in on a Friday (today). Dropped our dog off at 8:30 and received a call he was ready a few hours later. He is a 10lb poodle mix with essentially a poodle coat. Honestly was one of, if not the, best haircuts he received. She did exactly as we asked by keeping his face, tail and ears cut shorter than most Cavapoos. Her prices are competitive, slightly less expensive than our previous groomer- payment was cash or check.More importantly, our pup is very timid and wary of other people and dogs, but he did great with her. I was able to observe him in the back area with my view from the lobby before he or she saw me and he seemed very comfortable and happy. I also saw Ginger working on other dogs when I dropped off and picked up and they were very comfortable and happy as well. He was his usually happy and loving self when we picked him up and later at home, didn’t seemed stressed which he sometimes did when we went to other places.Can’t speak to others experience and whether that’s valid, but keep in mind not everyone is an extrovert, you may have caught them in a stressful situation or time, or you are hearing just one side of the story. Different personalities can be interpreted different ways and are dependent on your perspective. From mine, she handled our dog and two other dogs in a very caring way and she was extremely kind, patient and professional with me.We will definitely be back.

Super rude lady... do not bring your large breed dogs here or any pit mixes she apparently hates the breed never giving her the time of day again
