I have been using Delaware Vapor for a few years and have always been quite happy with them. I've had one issue though. Recently one of their bottles shattered on me while filling my vape causing juice to splatter everywhere including into my eyes. After cleaning up the mess and rinsing my eyes several times, I headed back to the store with the broken bottle to show them. the sales rep asked if the bottle was cold when it broke and I replied it was not. That was all they said. Not a " we're sorry that happened to you" or " are you alright?" Not an offer for a small discount on a new bottle. I would contact the owner but there is no contact info on their website.

Bruh as a first time vape buyer. I called in to ask for a specific brand pen. He assured me that he had it and said to stop in anytime, I came in rite away. John , spent several minutes quizzing me needs and reasoning to vape. Then he offered me four choices and explained everyone in detail. Once I choice , I knew everything about in store. He then introduced me to the types of liquid and after I bought that too. He demonstrated how to use my unit and got me vaping in ten minutes. This is not buy -bag-go home and figure it out. You get treated well.

I like this store. The customer service is top tier. I had no idea what to buy but the ladies there helped me tremendously. Very knowledgeable and didn’t try to get me to buy something that I didn’t need.

They have a good selection of nicotine salts two of the ones I've bought had a rich flavor profile that are consistent. Prices are slightly higher than online but using online forces me to wait so paying for convenience is not at all a big deal.The woman at the counter was very knowledgable and helped me with my purchase to best suit my needs. I was going to purchase a much more expensive kit but she informed me that I wouldn't enjoy it as much as the kit that was 35 dollars cheaper.I like that a lot, so from here on out they've made me a customer for any nic salt or upgrade I will purchase because of the great, honest customer service.

If you don't want or like to use company made vape juice, this is the place for you. They make their own brand of a variety of flavors. Something for everybody here. The staff is knowledgeable and patient with those that aren't fanatics but still use vape products and the price is reasonable. This is my go-to spot for my products.
