I made a purchase without using anything. The self service checkout made me feel comfortable enough to place my items on the counter and then place them back in the cart without paying. I love this new policy.

Have always had a positive experience at the CVS on 702 Naamans Road. Salespeople have been pleasant and helpful, pharmacy staff has been the same.

Friendly and helpful staff. When drug counter gets busy, they will open another window with another cashier. Love their coupons.

The dm needs to remind those who work in the store; what a customer is and actually assist them when they ask for help. The old woman today was the most nasty as them come. Their photo machine doesn't,t work (avoid). I guess my federal issued money is no longer accepted in claymont.

Although I am not a fan of having to press and button and wait forever until the overworked and underpaid staff arrive to help, Jasmine was the best! Absolutely pleasant and so helpful to me!!! She is a manager in training and is absolutely phenomenal

Gone to exclusively self-checkout. Everyday, not especially expensive items like stick deodorants now under lock and key so you have to flag down one of the few people who work there so you can purchase and she rolls her eyes at you cuz now she has to stop counting Christmas candy. Only semi-pleasant person in place is the big burly security guard at the entrance who glowers at you as you come in but at least mumbles “have a nice day, man” as you leave — No thanks, there’s a Walgreens only 1/2 a mile away. Looks like that’s where I go from now on.

The staff is mostly great and accomodating, Andrew (manager) is the absolute Best! So very nice always!By contrast, the red haired manager with the ponytail is a Witch with a B! She got mad at me a month ago bc I asked about inconsistencies in the return policy. Now she ignores me when I shop! I try not to need help bc I've worked retail before but grow tf up!

Frequent customer with only good experiences. Pharmacy techs are friendly and remember me, always helpful. They help navigate the crazy healthcare system when there are issues with my prescriptions and call back when they say they will.
